The building is the main entrance gate from the historical center of the monumental zone of the city of Třebíč – Karlovo náměstí, through the extremely sensitively renovated courtyard of the hotel on the waterfront of the Jihlava River, to the newly built footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists, which leads directly to the center of the Jewish Town and further to the castle complex of the city of Třebíč with the Basilica of St. Prokop.
