Monthly Rentals in South Holston Lake

I hate to write a great review for fear of other people finding out about Barry's place, especially on the weekend I may need for the future. This is my 2nd year staying at Barry and Shani's location. As soon as I registered this year's Dam Yeti race I immediately put in the reservation. Barry recognized me by asking if I was in town for another race! We had messaged back and forth a couple times prior to check in as I wasn't sure if my friend was coming along (she did!). The apartment is one of three in the same building. It's cute, quiet and well appointed. He set up a coffee bar for us and left ample snacks plus some additional ones which were perfect for race day. He had a lovely note for me and mentioned there was fresh watermelon in the fridge!!! What a delish treat. we were close enough to town but needed a car to drive. Everything was 5ish mins away. great restaurants are in town, close to the Food City. one of the best Hosts!!! EVER!!

We absolutely loved this adorable house! The porch was lovely, nice features included an outside fan which made it super comfortable. We loved the griddle for breakfast. The bed was comfy, couch comfy and the decor was beautiful. I loved being our visits from John (the dog) he was amazing. The new baby pigs was a pleasant surprise. We felt super safe. This tiny house is behind a large shed and some equipment so we were hidden from the road and the view off the porch was so serene! Thanks for a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at the cottage and Anne was a great host. Laura picked blueberry right out the front door and ate them for breakfast her zucchini bread was also good, and we helped her get her gas grill back up and running. I would recommend this cottage to anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay and have peace and quiet.

Awesome place. Our whole family enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room, lots of things to do. We especially enjoyed seeing all the deer on our rides around the neighborhood. The hosts were extremely helpful answering any of our questions. Having the two kitchens & the extra refrigerators was a great bonus so that we were able to keep our drinks cold without having to use coolers. We also enjoyed the fire pit, the pool table, the shuffleboard, table tennis & the rocking chairs on the porch with the view of the lake. We were able to dock our boat & fish from the pier. I would definitely recommend this vacation sitting to anyone.
