We encourage you to enjoy coffee on the dock in the morning! Views from the house vary with the season due to the leaves on the trees. The lake is always beautiful.

Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
