Family-friendly vacation rentals in South Glengarry

We had a guys weekend here and it was perfect. We ended up cooking feasts and their set up for cookware is the best I've seen by far; they've got it all. The rooms were comfortable, bathroom is nice and large, and the property itself is very well set up.

Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this sweet rustic cabin to catch up with an old friend, and it was an experience to remember. Nestled near the maskinongé river, the cabin offered the perfect blend of tranquility and charm with its warmly lit outdoor seating area and hot tub, which was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay. Soaking in the warm water while gazing at the stars made for a nice appreciation of the present moment. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a teleprompter. Going through old DVDs and using the screen was a blast. The many vintage architecture magazines scattered around the cabin also made for interesting reads, and really added to the warm feel of the place. Overall, this cabin is a gem for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect to enjoy nature's beauty. Highly recommended!

Very nice and warm cottage. 3 functional bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. We were there in winter, and several ski resorts nearby. Easily accessible grocery store. Nice lake view from the living room to relax at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It was perfect for a group, with private sleeping areas and lots of shared space to relax. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed, and Robin was a fantastic host. Flexible, accommodating, and pet friendly, which made our weekend completely stress-free and enjoyable. We’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the water.

I had a wonderful stay at Beth’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It felt like a true home away from home. Beth was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and conveniently located. My husband and I needed a relaxing getaway and this spot 100% met the mark. Area was quiet and on a dead and road so we didn’t even hear passing traffic. We frequently travel “off grid” and remote cottages and cabins through out the upper east coast and this was the most private we have come across. The cabin had everything we needed and all of the charm. The property was lovely, with walking paths and our Labrador could not have been happier. Of course the hot tub and sauna took relaxing to the next level. We are both looking forward to coming back!!

One of the few cottages to offer both enough bedrooms and beds for our 8 children in the basement, and a private space for parents upstairs. Located in a beautiful wooded environment, in the mountains, but still a short drive to many amenities and activities, it was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our family!

This was my family's first time visiting Canada and after our wonderful weeklong stay at Stephane's airbnb, we can't wait to come back! The house is absolutely beautiful, has plenty of space for guests, and is in a private and peaceful setting. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within a short drive. My oldest daughter and I attended the Formula 1 Grand Prix over the weekend portion of our stay and felt that the commute to Old Montreal (around an hour) was not bad at all.

James' apartment was exactly as advertised - full of character, cozy and beautifully decorated, and in an excellent location. James is an excellent host, very attentive and responsive. We look forward to coming back.

This was our second time at Stephane’s place and it was just as we remembered. A very special place. It is a great place to relax, enjoy some peace and quiet and reconnect with nature. All while listening to some great music and discovering the small amusing details. Thank you for sharing your incredible place. We needed and enjoyed our time here.

Henry’s home was exactly as listed. Quiet street, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Henry was very helpful and responsive when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy in his home. A very kind and accommodating person, we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Henry.

Thank you for offering your lovely cottage to others. It was a perfect place for a small quiet family celebration to mark my sisters 50th birthday, as was her wish. The water front was wonderful for dogs swimming and launching the canoe and kayak that were provided. I loved sitting in the early morning on the screened in porch with the dogs and my tea while I waited for the house to wake up. Dani was even forgiving of my failure to fully complete a departure request/task in our hurry to leave. Thank you for helping make our first time as AirBnB users such an easy and carefree trip! Its no wonder its a popular spot. Hope to be back again!

We really enjoyed Tammie's place, very cool old farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood. We saw deer out in the yard on several occasions. Tammie and her staff put a lot of thought into stocking the kitchen. The place has lots of room and is great for larger families.

Beautiful accommodation very close to the omega park. The apartment was very clean and warm.

Place is great, has everything you need, hot tub and sauna are awesome to relax after a long day on the slope or lake. Lake is across the street, not too big but does that job, they do have pedal boats or kayaks for rent (no engines). Great breakfast place 5min away. Diana was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Sarah was a phenomenal host. Incredibly quick responses, helpful, and was more than happy to help at any time of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious comfortable accommodation. No easy place to go for a walk other than the main road, and driving required for food and drink.

What a view, and what an immersion in nature, at Toucan. The French door open, with the mosquito net, joy to hear the sounds of birds in the accommodation. Pleasantly surprised by my different feelings in a different dwelling for this second stay on your land. Doubly exotic. I'll be back.

Le Baldwin was the perfect place for us to stay during Grand Prix weekend. We appreciated being within walking distance of the metro, but being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Montreal. The unit was clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen needs, and was very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and the free street parking was a plus. Rosemarie was very friendly and responsive over messaging and gave us clear instructions on check-in, check-out, and when/where to move our car to avoid a ticket during street cleaning. Thank you for an awesome stay!
