Fantastic homy and cosy house very close to the Canal and only 10 minutes by bus to the heart of Dublin. This is my home and I have recently refurbished it with charm and character. 3 separate rooms in the first floor + fully fitted modern bathroom with toilet. Downstairs area with a large open kitchen dining area and a separate sitting room look at the rear back garden, 2nd toilet - Private free parking. Hair dryer to Iron, dish-washer, washing machine, full kitchen, tv, internet etc ..

Two bedroom period red brick terraced house on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of the city centre. Just off Patrick St. There are two double bedrooms, one shower room, kitchen and living/dining room. The house was fully refurbished and insulated. It is very cosy and warm Roof terrace. The interior is all white with some original features, including a working fireplace in the living room. WiFi, SMART TV, Apple TV. Under floor heating downstairs.. This is our home.

With free off-street parking, and a small garden front and back, there is plenty of space for an enjoyable stay. The back yard is secluded, has seating and space for eating outdoors.
