Victorian apartment

PatRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Thank you Shane for an excellent stay. People might also like to know there's an airport bus which takes you to c10 mins walk away. The 83 bus goes from the end of the road and several other buses go nearby so it's easy to get into town. We bought a one-week LEAP ticket for tourists which gave unlimited travel on bus, train and tram. The apartment is beautiful, thoughfully designed, squeaky clean and well provided for. It's just over the road from a private square - although we couldn't go in there, it gave a lovely view of trees and open spaces. The area was quiet and the apartment not overlooked. Comfy bed, log burner, all mod cons. Excellent Guinness from Slattery's! 5* rating here.
A compact sleeping area features a single bed with crisp white bedding and a yellow accent pillow. Two bedside lamps provide soft lighting on either side. A wall-mounted piece of art adds a touch of color, while the walls are painted in a deep blue shade.

Central flat beside guinness

AnnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very central apartment. Very convenient to get around both on foot and by public transport, given the bus stops nearby. Very comfortable for 2 people, new sheets, very comfortable bed, clean house. Very kind host!!! I was sick at night and he let us stay for free 2 hours after checkout, really priceless!! The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Two flights of stairs are not a problem in themselves, but in my opinion it should be said that the stairs are very steep and really narrow. It wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for the elderly or those with small children. More than excellent experience. Highly recommended.
A cozy main bedroom showcases a king-size bed with a tufted headboard and decorative cushions. Two bedside tables with lamps are positioned on either side, contributing to the softly lit ambiance created by the overhead light fixture.

I would highly recommend this listing! The center is easily accessible by bus, but also on foot. There are also many shops and restaurants close to the accommodation, which is very nice and convenient to avoid having to go systematically to the center of Dublin. Finally, the hosts are very responsive by message and very accommodating.

Cosy & Modern 63

PiaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My dad and I spent a few days in Dublin staying at Anna’s place. The location is great as the bus stop to the city centre is just outside the door. There is an amazing breakfast restaurant (Fat Cat) down the street and a cute local pub nearby. SuperValu grocery store is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself was perfect for us: clean, simple, and easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. It is extremely well connected to the city centre and multiple busses run to and fro at 10 minute intervals. Communication with host was great. Good accommodation is hard to find in Dublin so I appreciated this stay very much. Would 10/10 stay here again, thank you :)
A light-filled living area is shown, featuring a comfortable sofa and a sleek coffee table. A flat-screen television is positioned on a black stand. A door leads outside, while a window allows natural light to enhance the neutral color palette.

City Centre apart sleeps up to 4 & Parking & WiFi

We enjoyed very much our four night stay at Liz's apartment in Smithfield. Our interactions with her and her husband Alain were excellent. The location was very good for reaching on foot the attractions that interested us on both sides of the River Liffey. The apartment was spacious for the two of us, and was very quiet and secure. Also, it is very close to stops for the Red LUAS tram line and the airport bus. We recommend considering staying at Liz's apartment when visiting interesting and lively Dublin.

Really nice apartment and helpful host. The apartment has a fantastic location in the middle of the city with walking distance to a lot. There may be some noise from the road and St. Patrick's Cathedral, but it was not something that bothered us. Thank you for a great stay!
