Thank you Maria Laura! Your apartment is immaculately clean and more than brilliantly equipped with lots of helpful extras. The furniture, especially the bed is all very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are top notch. I never experienced too many pillows or towels in an Airbnb until now! You are a responsive and friendly host. Your location was perfect for our weekend at the National Water Sports Centre and would be even better for visiting sports (football / cricket) fans. It is a short bus/taxi ride into town which is helpful as although there is an excellent supermarket very close by, there are no walkable restaurant options. We really had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this property for a quiet weekend away or any visiting sports enthusiasts. Thank you Naomi

We were undergoing IVF treatment and needed to stay in Birmingham for a week. We were looking for last minute accommodation as the previous place we had booked was inhabitable and we needed somewhere clean with excellent hygiene to be able to administer my medication safely. Claire’s accommodation exceeded expectations! It was modern, stylish and squeaky clean! It truly felt like a home away from home for the week and myself and my partner both agreed that it made our IVF journey more relaxed and enjoyable! The hosts were quick at responding to any queries we had and everything was easily accessible. We were truly blown away! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the area, we will definitely be using again! Thank you so much x

Nice and clean flat with a scenic view of the Dudley Canal. Proximity (less than 5 minutes' drive) to the Merry Hill mall means that you are close to shopping, cinema and restaurants. The property is quiet and peaceful, and there is bountiful parking if you drive. I would stay here again if I visit the area.

I only had a flying visit, but it was a great Airbnb, with very helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Great stay. Apartment is as per description. I used it for work purposes and had great facilities for that. Clean and organised but there are also great little touches such as adaptors for charging cables, bathroom amenities. Definitely worth the money and will be my choice again when I come back to Birmingham for work.

Lovely place to stay in a convenient location. The host had very clear instructions and was responsive to answer any questions during the stay. The was a slight inconvenience with the bedroom window being broken and not able to open but the host communicated the issue before check-in and provided a fan as a solution. Would definitely recommend this place.

We have just returned from a week in Dalemore Cottage and could not have wished for more. The cottage itself is set in the most glorious location and the inside is just as good. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished. Pru and Chris were the most welcoming of hosts and Pru’s home cooked meal service was excellent, I even asked for some of the recipes. If you are looking for a quiet spot, in a fabulous location with excellent hosts this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful home with stunning views. All the home comforts you would need. The beds were super comfy - that comfy we ordered the same mattress for home! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bedrooms. The location was ideal, we took the kids to Gulliver’s Kingdom and Heights of Abraham. Only 5 mins away. Cromford is also beautiful. We definitely hope to stay again - thank you for having us!

We had a great stay at Kingfisher Cottage whilst visiting family. Matt was very responsive and helpful and provided several local recommendations. The location of the cottage next to the river is perfect for a peaceful drink in the evening and our 4 year old enjoyed paddling and watching the cows. Thank you Monika and Matt for a wonderful stay - we'll be back!

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you so much!

We had the best time, the location is perfect for exploring the area including Alderley Edge and the Peak District. The place was amazing, clean and tidy with the best views. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, do it. Absolutely fantastic stay, immaculately decorated and spotlessly clean. Kate was a fantastic host who also provided some essentials for our stay which was so thoughtful. What a beautiful home and so peaceful. Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Litton Mill – the apartment was beautifully appointed and had everything (and more) that we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The location is perfect – right beside the Monsal Trail and central to so many beautiful walks and villages. We especially recommend the walk to Monsal Head along the trail, then up the hill by the tunnel to a café with delicious treats and a cosy pub. A truly memorable stay – we’d happily return.

My husband and I stayed here to attend Newark Showground and it was a good distance. The accommodation was perfect and self-contained so we had the privacy needed as we returned late some nights. The flat was amazing and an excellent use of space to make it feel spacious and at home with everything you need for your stay. In particular, Sarah was very helpful and responsive and which made our trip so much more doable and easier. Thanks Sarah x
