We have just left our stay and can truly say it was the most beautiful place. We loved every minute, the view was incredible and such amazing hospitality….lovely and clean, messages to keep us up to date with how to check in. And some lovely little touches too. We will definitely be staying again! :) thank you so much!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is gorgeously decorated, clean and practical. The location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the local area, lots of fabulous restaurants near by and of course the views are beautiful. The team were fantastic, incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to all messages and phone calls. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to spend a few weeks while we were 'between homes'. The flat was well-equipped, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Plus Julie was a great host, who always responded promptly to any questions we had.

We really enjoyed staying in this property, it had everything you might need. And was immaculately presented. It was a perfect location as we were attending a concert at the arena and it was walkable distance. Peaceful road. Excellent communication with the host. We would highly recommend this property.

I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to spend time in the city centre as it’s 5 min walk and it’s next to the train station with a Tesco , sally was wonderful with answering any questions I had and also gave me an extra hour check out , I will defo try to use sally every time I’m in Nottingham from now on.

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

We had a wonderful stay at Dalemore Cottage, the house was lovely, cosy and perfect for our family of 4. The bathrooms are equipped with very nice toiletries which was a great touch. The fresh bread, cookies and milk on arrival were much appreciated and lovely too! Dalemore Cottage is in a great location with lots of things to do within a 30 minute drive. The local pub was very friendly with good food. Pru and Chris were incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations for local walks and places to visit. Chris even dropped us off some batteries for one of our children’s board games. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely accommodation, perfect for a group gathering. All the rooms were very comfortable. The setting was really peaceful with beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped and the conservatory perfect for everyone to eat together. Emily and Isobelle were really accommodating around having extra people camping and late check out etc.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful home with stunning views. All the home comforts you would need. The beds were super comfy - that comfy we ordered the same mattress for home! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bedrooms. The location was ideal, we took the kids to Gulliver’s Kingdom and Heights of Abraham. Only 5 mins away. Cromford is also beautiful. We definitely hope to stay again - thank you for having us!

Katie’s place was great and finished to a high level. We really enjoyed the space as a family, it was like home from home and we have recommended it to our local family (as we stayed fir a family occasion). She intends to recommend to anyone who needs somewhere to stay in the area 😀

We had a great stay at Kingfisher Cottage whilst visiting family. Matt was very responsive and helpful and provided several local recommendations. The location of the cottage next to the river is perfect for a peaceful drink in the evening and our 4 year old enjoyed paddling and watching the cows. Thank you Monika and Matt for a wonderful stay - we'll be back!

Fantastic house that can cater for large families and we had a fabulous time. The house is in a beautiful setting with several walks including a 10min walk across field pathways to the nearest pub (which does great food). Loads of room in the house and the kids loved the hot tub! We had a great weeks stay for my mothers 80th and nothing was to much trouble. Thanks so much Sally!

We had a beautiful stay here having a catchup with friends . Everywhere is immaculate, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay from hair straighteners to an air fryer! Stacey was extremely responsive when we had any queries. The location was perfect for nice walks and not far from Congleton Town center for lots of restaurants and bars. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back again in the future!

On arrival Kate greeted us at the front of mill house to the smell of home made scones. Plenty of easy free parking. Kate showed us around the house and made us feel welcome. She had left fresh milk, bread, crisps, biscuits and jam and cream to go with the still warm scones. Day one we sat in the gorgeous garden overlooking the stream with the ducks and ducking in the stream. Day 2 went on an Easter trail to a local heritage place, day 3 drove to Lincoln which was beautiful at the top of the hill in the cathedral quarter bit of a party town at the bottom but worth a visit. In the evening we visited Bella vita the Italian restaurant opposite which was lovely food. Day 4 and day to come home could have stayed longer and a visit to major oak at Sherwood Forest. Kate was amazing and replied to messages swiftly about places to go etc. our granddaughter loved a visit to Kate's beautiful garden a play on her swing. The house was immaculate and cosy, and the beds were so comfy.

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

This is an exceptionally spacious apartment. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean! The location is superb with walks from the doorstep, and a cafe serving good food nearby. I hope to return again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay here, had everything you need for a comfortable night in, lovely canals nearby to take a stroll, close to city centre, helpful hosts. Loved the balcony, bed, candles and TV. Hot water and heating was perfect too. The lock was a bit damaged during my stay so it was difficult to leave, there are some homeless people around as well so be wary of leaving things in your car, they don’t really bother you though, they do mind their own business. Could smell cannabis down the corridor but nothing too bad, no antisocial behaviour at all during my stay :). The apartment itself was very nice and relaxing and would definitely stay again soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

My husband and I stayed here to attend Newark Showground and it was a good distance. The accommodation was perfect and self-contained so we had the privacy needed as we returned late some nights. The flat was amazing and an excellent use of space to make it feel spacious and at home with everything you need for your stay. In particular, Sarah was very helpful and responsive and which made our trip so much more doable and easier. Thanks Sarah x

We really enjoyed our stay at the converted Litton Mill. The accommodation is out of the way in a good way, located a couple of kilometres down a dead end road alongside the River Wye, with a pub at the branch of the road with benches overlooking the running water. The living space was very spacious with all the amenities we required. Having two bathrooms was also very useful, travelling in two families. Gary was very quick to communicate, coming back to our requests swiftly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

We loved the comfortable attractive apartment with a lovely peaceful lake view at the bottom of the back garden. Bren and Deb welcomed our local family for visits, offered toys for our little ones, and made a parking space at the front available to us. Bren checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. We felt most welcome! Great location, walkable to all you need.
