Monthly Rentals in South Arm

The house is located in a beautiful patt of South Arm. Gorgeous place with lots of space, comfortable beds, and magnificent views!! We loved cozying up the living room after a long day of hiking or sightseeing. Closer to towns like Richmond and 30 mins to Hobart. We also loved walking down the trail below the property and going down to Opossum Bay. Emma is such a great host, very responsive and gave plenty of local recommendations. She also, very thoughtfully. left a bottle of bubbles and biscuits for us to enjoy :) We had 3 amazing nights there and did not feel like leaving. Thank you again for having us! It was such a treat :)

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage. Peaceful and beautiful location great for a base to visit many local tourist destinations . Jodie was warm and welcoming which added to our stay. She also accommodated a big ask from us with warm generosity for which we are most grateful.

You come here for the view.. It's breathtaking. You wake up and the ocean view makes you feel so relaxed. The kitchen has everything you need. Amazing fridge. Very fast and powerful induction stove made cooking easy. Rooms were comfortable clean and has heating from AC if needed. Toilets are super clean and good showers. Lots of sitting areas. We sat outside many evenings to watch sunsets. Walk to beach directly fr house was jus 2-3mins away. Peaceful and quiet! WiFi has good connection.

We had such a nice cozy weekend away. Presentation of the house is immaculate, they have thought of everything. Very accommodating and responsive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
