Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sousse

Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

I am attaching to the other comments to testify to our stay: We stayed for two weeks. The value is unbeatable. The building / garden / pool are new and well kept. The photos of the presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will see when you arrive on site. There is no bad surprise. The location is ideal between the beach 10 min. on foot and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and easy travel between Sousse / Hergla. There is a good little cafe/restaurant as well as a small convenience store nearby if needed (10-15 min walk). For "big races" the car is preferred (Mall de Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small touches that for me make the difference compared to other offers of the same type. Always available, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you good tips to discover the region and advise you whatever the subject if you need it. As the human qualities are getting damaged in general these days, I really wanted to stress this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are searching for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from all-inclusive noisy hotels with an increased risk of disappointing you, in fact look no further. Great stay in a wonderful villa! The house is spacious, very clean and offers an exceptional setting with its large garden filled with fruit trees and large pool. What a pleasure to have a chicken coop on site and to be able to enjoy fresh eggs every morning! A big thank you to our host Chaker, who welcomed us warmly and was very responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for local activities and restaurants have been valuable and have truly enriched our experience. Thank you again for everything, we'll be happy to come back! Moèze

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib
