⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay thanks to Marwa! We had our flight canceled at the last minute, and despite the unforeseen circumstances, Marwa was incredibly responsive and caring. We contacted her around 7 a.m. and at 8:30 a.m. everything was organized! At 9:30 a.m., we were already in the apartment. She even picked us up from the airport and offered us a short tour of Monastir before we settled in. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: brand new, super clean, very well equipped and pleasant to live in. And the cherry on top: after accidentally slamming the door and leaving the keys inside, Marwa arrived just 5 minutes after our call to help us, always with a smile! A huge thank you to her for her availability, kindness and hospitality. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Very good stay at Rakia's place. The apartment is very well located and offers a splendid sea view! It is located close to the sea and Kantaoui port, close to several shops, restaurants, nautical bases. In addition, it offers access to several swimming pools which is a real plus. It is very well equipped, with all the essentials for everyday use. Air conditioning is a real plus, it makes the stay more enjoyable. It's simple, when you arrive at Rakia's you feel at home! We were hosted very well and as soon as we needed anything, Rakia's mom was there to inform us and help us. I would really recommend this place 1000%.

Accommodation as described or better in reality. You do not only rent a place, a whole accompaniment from Siham and his sisters (Rim and Radhia). Thank you ladies for all your responsiveness. You listened to my requests and responded very quickly. My family and I were welcomed in a place of impeccable cleanliness with a fine decoration that perfectly blends with the settlement environment. The terrace and windows of the common areas offer a breathtaking view of the harbor of El Kantaoui. For families with children like us, you have EVERYTHING nearby and no need to go further for activities. This place is in a strategic location in the city of SOUSSE and I highly recommend it. Thank you Siham for all the preparations in advance and thank you again for your welcome.

I am attaching to the other comments to testify to our stay: We stayed for two weeks. The value is unbeatable. The building / garden / pool are new and well kept. The photos of the presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will see when you arrive on site. There is no bad surprise. The location is ideal between the beach 10 min. on foot and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and easy travel between Sousse / Hergla. There is a good little cafe/restaurant as well as a small convenience store nearby if needed (10-15 min walk). For "big races" the car is preferred (Mall de Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small touches that for me make the difference compared to other offers of the same type. Always available, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you good tips to discover the region and advise you whatever the subject if you need it. As the human qualities are getting damaged in general these days, I really wanted to stress this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are searching for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from all-inclusive noisy hotels with an increased risk of disappointing you, in fact look no further. Good location, comfortable bed, Helmi is good host, provided clear instructions and very responsive if you needed him.

My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

first of all, the location was great, very close to the city center, the house is so beautiful and I can't say authentic. I wanted to stay in these houses and I found this place. the host is very kind , polite , helpful . If there is anything missing, he brings it right away. I honestly didn't see such a host. gave me a lot of advice, about places to visit, restaurants, etc. The room is very good , clean ,spacious and very safe . I will definitely stay here without hesitation every time I come. i would recommend it very much. thank you for everything

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

This is the second year we rent from Mohamed, and no surprises, he is still as professional, helpful and caring.

Majdi’s places was wonderful. It was exactly as described, peaceful and beautiful decorated. He was a terrific host and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 10/10!

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.

Imen the agent was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay , always responsive and helpful.

I’ll give Yacine’s place 5 stars for everything, kids enjoyed the pools and the water park, bedding very comfortable, private parking, quiet neighborhood and safe. We used the beach from the hotel next door and paid only 6 euros. We will definitely go back
