We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable and air-conditioned apartment with a beautiful garden where we could enjoy the beautiful sea view and the beautiful morning and evening breeze and also with a relaxing Jacuzzi. We were very comfortable with Mohamed and his little family who are very kind and very welcoming and answer any questions we had.

Perfect stay. The accommodation is well maintained, clean. Great location. Plenty of swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Safety level and impeccable cleanliness of the residence. The person who welcomed us is very kind,helpful and courteous, I couldn't have hoped for better. The space has a good calming energy. Thank you Mr Adel and Modhafer see you next time inchalah to recommend without hesitation. We just returned to France with unforgettable memories.

The pictures don't do this place justice! It's seriously a gorgeous location and take only a matter of minutes to walk to the beach. Downstairs in the complex is a great cafe and restaurant with plenty of surrounding food options in addition. And as if that wasn't all great, the hosts are beyond kind, had wonderful communication, and made the nights there some to remember. I highly recommend this listing.

Very pleasant stay, everything was very well received by Wael, a very quiet area, well located, very spacious and bright house near the Sea, the port of Kantaoui is 10 minutes away, the largest water park in Tunisia Aquasplash is located 15 minutes away, what happiness thank you for this pleasant stay and we will return with great pleasure.

We had a nice stay with the family, the accommodation is central, close to the city center, the train station, and the old town.... We recommend it.

Welcoming and attentive hosts. The house has all the necessary vase to have a good stay. The rooms are large and the house is equipped with 3 air conditioners. The wifi works perfectly. Thanks to a tank system, we did not have a water outage. I recommend without hesitation

So diene is a great host who took my short notice of booking on board and really gave us a home to stay in. The property is in the heart of the marina and gives you a great feel of everything around you. The villa is very spacious and super comfortable with a ice cold AC which was something we really needed in this unusual humid September. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed to feel at home and at ease. Access to the private swimming pool was a great addition for my kids. You basically have everything you need within walking distance. I have been to kantaoui many times but this was the first time I stayed at sofienes villa but I can assure you it won’t be the last so if you want a great holiday and still feel your homely then I recommend this host.

2 weeks spent in Amine's functional accommodation, which was very responsive when needed. Great location , close to all amenities on foot: swimming pools , beach , restaurants, market... Great accommodation for 4 people , all the necessary equipment is already provided in large numbers ( dishes, towels , spices for cooking, toilet paper...); which is very convenient! I am extremely satisfied with my stay . In the heart of the city and at the same time quiet and beautiful . The host , Sami and collaborators Aziz and Seif are very responsive and very friendly . The apartment is as described, clean and amazing location. Very clean pool, waterfront . I highly recommend this place . I also want to say that the apartment is well secured .

Extremely sweet and hospitable hosts who helped us get settled. Was very flexible on arrival and departure, was quicker to respond and easy to communicate with. Extremely welcome and considerate. There can easily stay 3-4 people without any problems. The place was beautiful with lots of delicious pools, safe area, lovely beach and only 20-30 minutes drive from sousse medina full of activities, restaurants, etc. All in all, really nice stay, which can definitely be recommended.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. You feel at home there! The oriental decoration is of very good taste. In addition, all shops are within walking distance. We will also note the good communication of Maryse and Sonia who are very accommodating and available hosts. Some neighbors are a little special but Sonia's tips allowed us to better communicate with them and have a very pleasant stay.

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. Thanks dear Nejat for hosting us and hope to see you next time we visit our beloved city Sousse...All the best :)
