Vacation rentals with a patio in Sousse Governorate

Logement spacieux , climatisé, très bien situé .L environnement est très agréable, très calme par rapport à l ambiance de Yasmine Hammamet . Le balcon est très agréable, la vue sur la Marina est superbe . Beaucoup de restaurants et d activités à proximité . La plage privée et la piscine privée sont des points très positifs . Nous avons été accueilli par Aziz qui nous a trouvé un chauffeur de taxi pour le transfert ( chauffeur que nous avons recontacté pendant notre séjour . Il est top : Hichem ( ponctuel , agréable , bon conducteur 👍) On recommande ce logement .

Definitely recommend the place cause its clean organized. Host responds quickly. Bunch of restaurants and coffee shops on the same road.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Sousse. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description, et également de très bon standing. . Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville. La résidence est calme et sécurisée, avec une place de parking toujours disponible, ce qui est un vrai plus. L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillant et attentif, et son père a également été d'une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et sans souci. Merci Walid.

Très bon séjour au sein du logement de Rakia. L’appartement est très bien situé et offre une vue sur la mer juste splendide ! Il est situé proche de la mer et du port Kantaoui, proche de plusieurs commerces, restaurants, bases nautiques. De plus, il offre un accès à plusieurs piscines ce qui est un vrai plus. Il est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien. La climatisation est un vrai plus, cela rend le séjour plus agréable. C’est simple, lorsqu’on arrive chez Rakia on se sent comme à la maison ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, la maman de Rakia était là pour nous renseigner et nous aider. Vraiment je recommande ce logement à 1000%.

매우 강력히 추천한다. 이 곳에 숙소를 정한 것은 나의 큰 행운이었다. 메디나(Medina)나 루아지(Louage) 버스 터미널까지 택시로 7~8분 거리로, 4~5 TND(디나르)를 넘지 않았다. 이곳에 8일을 머물면서 루아지(Louage)라고 부르는 Van을 타고 1시간 거리의 카이로우안(Kairouan)도 갔다오고, 엘젬(El Djem)도 갔다왔다. 30분도 채 안걸리는 모나스티르(Monastir)는 두 번이나 갔다왔다. 시설 또한 완벽했다. 청결, 청소 상태도 완벽했고 침실 2개와 욕실, 거실, 주방이 모두 쓸모있게 넓었다. 침대가 총 3개인데 모두 킹사이즈에 가까운 대형 침대들이고, 침대들이 집처럼 편안했다. 이 곳에 우리 부부 2명이 머물렀지만, 6명이 머물러도 충분한 공간과 시설이었다. 주방 도구 역시 아주 완벽하게 갖추어져 있었다. 아쉬울 게 없이 매우 섬세하고 꼼꼼하게 준비되어있다. 사진들이 보여주는 것보다 모든 시설물들이 더 잘 갖추어져 있다. 무엇보다도 우리를 크게 감동시킨 것은 호스트 부부의 큰 환대다. 그것들을 일일히 모두 열거할 수가 없다. 질문이나 부탁에 대한 응대도 엄청 빨랐다. 거의 번개같은 속도로 빠르다. 암튼 이 숙소에 머물게 되면, 내 말이 무슨 말인지 충분히 이해가 될 것이다. 게다가 호스트 Nabil이 추천해준 유명 맛집인 레스토랑들이 100m가 안되는 가까운 거리에 있다. 가격도 매우 합리적이었다. 7년간 세계일주를 하면서 50개국, 500개가 넘는 도시들을 여행한 사람으로서 이 숙소는 최고 중의 최고라고 확신한다. 단순한 가성비 차원을 뛰어넘는다. 위치나 시설을 포함해 호스트 Nabil 부부가 최고의 호스트임을 자신있게 추천할 수 있다. 다음에 Sousse에 오면, 꼭 이 숙소에서 다시 머물것이다.

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

Yasmine et Naïma sont des personnes très accueillantes réactives et toujours disponibles ,je reviendrai sans hésitation nous avons passée un très séjour.

Wohnung war wie beschrieben, einziges Manko war, das WLAN im Inserat angegeben wurde jedoch war keins vorhanden. Angeblich ein Fehler von Airbnb. Es waren genug Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wohnung an sich war sauber, jedoch war die Toilette etwas unangenehm und musste erstmal geputzt werden bei Ankunft. Die Waschmaschine zeigte in einigen Programmen Error an so das man nur in einem Rapid Programm 14minuten die Kleidung waschen konnte. Wir waren trotzdem alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Außerhalb der Touristenecke und dennoch alles schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. 3 Gehminuten zum Stand. Das Meer konnte man auch vom Balkon aus sehen.
