We had a great stay at Youssef's place. He was a super helpful and friendly host, including helping us out by finding some tools we needed, and giving recommendations in the local area - thank you! The apartment is clean and bright and nice. The kitchen has a fridge, electric hot plates and a microwave. It was nice to be able to take a bath! The beds are comfortable and great to have AC and fans available. The terrace is lovely - on the top floor with a small view of the sea, and we enjoyed looking at the moon and stars before bed. Youssef served us a nice continental breakfast up there in the morning. The apartment is a quick walk across the main road to a beautiful swimming beach. Thank you, Youssef!

We came in somewhat late and were welcomed with a friendly smile. they even carried our luggage to our room.

It was a great stay The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, it was nice to have a view of the sea. We worked throughout the stay and the Wifi worked perfectly. Several mini markets and cafes nearby, very close to the beach as well, walking distance from the train station. Finally, the host was very helpful, responded quickly and was flexible with check-out. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful shore, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday. I am attaching to the other comments to testify to our stay: We stayed for two weeks. The value is unbeatable. The building / garden / pool are new and well kept. The photos of the presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will see when you arrive on site. There is no bad surprise. The location is ideal between the beach 10 min. on foot and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and easy travel between Sousse / Hergla. There is a good little cafe/restaurant as well as a small convenience store nearby if needed (10-15 min walk). For "big races" the car is preferred (Mall de Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small touches that for me make the difference compared to other offers of the same type. Always available, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you good tips to discover the region and advise you whatever the subject if you need it. As the human qualities are getting damaged in general these days, I really wanted to stress this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are searching for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from all-inclusive noisy hotels with an increased risk of disappointing you, in fact look no further.
