Beautiful and fully furnished apartment 5 minutes walk from beach. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator, but a baggage lift is available). The location is perfect, between the touristic zone, the beach and the old city (Medina). Everything can be reached by walking including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, the beach and souk. Safe neighborhood for evening strolls and nights out. This 80-square-meter apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a balcony.

The house is located very close to the tourist area, but at the same time, you are in the countryside (agricultural road) which will offer you an intimate experience away from the daily traffic.

Chic Panoramic Apartment

The apartment is located in the best area of Sousse, five minutes from the port. There is the amusement park, aqua parks and several activities within walking distance. The residence is secure and the environment is quiet. The apartment has a very nice vibe, it feels relaxed, like home. You can see the dawn, the sunset and a pleasant view even at night. This apartment does not experience the water outages that can sometimes affect the area in summer.

My apartment in the old town of Sousse is located on the top floor of a three-story house and is furnished in typical Tunisian style. The balcony and roof terrace offer views of the whole city and the sea. Singles and couples can ideally combine culture and beach vacations here. The historic buildings of the Medina, the beach and numerous shopping are within walking distance, as are the train station, metro and taxi station.
