Our recently converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed village farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Oxford. The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The main bedroom, shower room and separate WC are in the old stables. The open plan mezzanine has two single beds (to be booked separately) and free-standing bath.

We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

NB-there is a tech fault on Airbnb atm, the barn is only a 7 minute drive to SFH. The barn is a luxury 2 bed conversion which has been renovated by an interior designer, so it has the feel of the Farmhouse, without the pricetag. It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone. This was our second stay at the barn in six months and I genuinely can’t find a single fault with it. It is a peaceful and beautiful location. The barn itself is modern with everything you need. Will be back again next time we are up this way.

Lovely little gem, had a wonderful stay with my husband and newborn. Greatly appreciated the tranquility and the home was so well set up!

What an absolutely gorgeous AirBnb and village - it's set in idyllic gardens surrounded by peaceful nature, trees and flowers. The village itself is straight out of an English storybook. I wished I had more time there! Kim and her husband are lovely hosts and were very kind to leave bread, butter and milk for me. Five 'storybook' stars for sure! Thank you x

Lovely host and immaculate place. Slight difficulty finding the place, written instructions are very clear, but repeatedly there is a car parked directly just in front of the turn you need to take down, blocking it from view, which meant we did struggle at first. This was not helped with the fact we were checking in late at night so our host was in bed, but that obviously is our fault! ! If you are checking it, make sure you are looking more for a paved path than a clear driveway and beware the Nissan blocking the view!

We loved it! Gorgeous and characterful, but practical, house. We stayed while at a nearby wedding and it was perfect. Close to shops and pubs but very quiet. Super to have our own parking space. We dropped one star only because we had trouble opening the key box. Fumbling around outside the house in heavy rain and with poor mobile signal while trying to work out why we couldn’t access the key was frustrating, but we got lots of support and encouragement over the phone. Eventually we got into the box using the leverage of my husband pen knife. It was impossible to open without it. No doubt this has already been fixed by now. Everything else was absolutely great. We’d definitely come back again. We especially loved the baby grand - in tune!
