On the ground floor a dining room with wood stove, a toilet, a fitted kitchen and a large master suite with a 180 bed as well as a private shower room, upstairs a TV lounge as well as 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and a shower room + toilet.

There are many activities for those who love nature, canoeing, kayaking... thanks to the Sarthe river which flows below. Peaceful and safe house for children. The cleaning fee is €50, payable on the check-in day, if you don't want to do the cleaning.
