Vacation rentals with a patio in Souda

Echt een geweldig appartement! Komt volledig overeen met de advertentie. Het is brandschoon en aan alles is gedacht: thee, koffie, wasmachine, noem het maar op. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar onder aan de berg wel een leuk restaurantje om te genieten van zonsondergang. We hebben even moeten stoeien met de jacuzzi: die ging midden in de nacht om het uur aan, maar de host reageerde zeer snel en wist ons goed uit te leggen hoe we dit konden oplossen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Enjoyed my short stay here, the building is new and the place was furnished nicely. I especially loved the full size (and powerful!) hairdryer. Kitchen had a full size fridge/freezer and dishes/utensils. Shower pressure and temp were great. Easy to find and owner was very quick to respond to all communications. Would recommend!

Maria is a warm host, very responsive and helpful. She made it possible for us to check-in earlier on arrival and then helped us get to the airport at 6 in the morning. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The studio is lovely, perfect for a couple or a single traveler, clean, peaceful, the backyard is great for a relaxing evening or the morning coffee. There is a bus station very close to the studio taking you to the city centre. Any questions you might have about getting around, Maria will answer them and help you enjoy your stay.

Das Appartement entsprach volll unseren Erwartungen. Von den Bildern kann man sich von dem Inneren der Wohnung einen sehr guten Eindruck machen. Das absolute Highlight ist die traumhafte Aussicht. Anna ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie reagiert auf Anfragen sofort, bietet jederzeit ihre Hilfe an. Sie hat uns beim Check-In mit diversen Grundnahrungsmitteln überrascht. Einen persönlichen Besuch ihrerseits haben wir leider verpasst, sie hat uns aber mit sehr leckeren Selbstgebackenen überrascht. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Magnifique location À environ 8 minutes en voiture du centre, par contre il faut être véhiculé si vous voulez bien visiter les sites autours L'emplacement est calme, très bien équipé et très propre Parking gratuit dans la rue Une vue magnifique sur la terrasse Super literie avec un grand lit je pense 180 large Les petites attentions quand nous sommes arrivés nous ont fait très plaisir La souplesse des horaires pour l'arrivée et le départ nous ont facilite la vie Merci merci 🙏

Wonderful stay! The space is large and very clean, perfect for a stay in Chania. There was a bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The rooftop area has beautiful views of the city. Great location for exploring Chania - very walkable to everything in Old Town. Giorgios/Nikos were extremely communicative and helpful with recommendations, setting up an airport transfer and checking on us during the stay. Will definitely return when we’re back in Chania!

L'alloggio era molto comodo e Spyridon è stato molto presente ed attivo, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo avuto un leggero contrattempo con lo scarico del lavandino del bagno, nonostante stessimo solo una notte si è dimostrato subito comprensivo e pronto a far intervenire idraulico per risolvere il problema. Un host molto disponibile, e già questo fatto fa sì che valga la pena il soggiorno.

What a wonderful place for a peaceful few days! The view is breathtaking and the area is just beautiful. The villa is extremely well appointed and has every amenity you could ask for, including a fantastic salt water pool. Hora Sfakion is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away and has a choice of shops and tavernas all serving great food. My partner and I stayed with our young baby daughter and Alexandra and Lefteris couldn’t have been more helpful setting up a cot and high chair for our arrival.

the most special airbnb i have ever stayed in. the place is exactly as you see in the pictures, a two story loft with a nice terrace, beautifully decorated. the location is also great, with a small beach right in front, lots of good restaurants ( a couple of great ones) but without the neighborhood being to loud or crowded. its also walking distance to the loud old town.

Lovely place in Chania. The view of the lighthouse from the dining table never gets old no matter what time of day. The completely open-concept space is a little bit too open at times. My friends and I found it somewhat difficult to get privacy for changing/dressing etc. The bathroom was also not in a super convenient location and would occasionally not get hot water at all. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings, it is in a very central/busy location with shops and restaurants abound. Be warned: the store directly below does not shut off their music until 23:00 and is very audible through the floor. Maria was also a great host and responded quickly to any ask! Kitchen, beds and other amenities were just right, would recommend!

We had the most amazing time staying here. Everything was exactly as pictured. The jacuzzi was an absolute must! The beach is about a four minute walk away with tons of restaurants. Communication with the host was super quick and helpful. We did have a car and finding parking was harder during peak beach time but always found something in walking distance. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

The house is very clean and tidy. The whole house is artistically designed and comfortably bright. It’s in a great location walking distance to almost everything in Chania. Mata is a great host. Really quick response and patient with helpful advice. Would definitely recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Theodoros ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Host.

The house is amazing set in a beautiful location with views of the mountains and sea, it is a very peaceful place but also not far to walk to the little village where there are restaurants and shops. A car is nice to explore around the island and it is very easy to get around. Our host Katrina was extremely nice, very attentive and made sure our stay was exceptional. She makes sure everywhere is clean and tidy, shares local delights and was a very friendly host. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Evi's home for four nights in early June. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I and our two teenagers. Everything is brand new and operates to perfection. The location is just perfect in old town within walking distance of absolutely everything. And even though it was bustling outside in the town, the home was very quiet at night. We found Evi to be incredibly responsive and the perfect host, making many great suggestions that made our trip to Chania even better. I would highly recommend this home. Chania is a very lovely town with amazing cuisine. And with so many great excursions to be had just outside of the town as well. Highly recommend it all. Thank you, Evi.

super appartement tres spacieux avec de belles commodités. Notre hôte, Thalia, a été fabuleuse et nous a gâté avec de petits cadeaux a consommer a notre arrivée, le genre de petits extra qui font vraiment plaisir.. Distance a pied jusqu'au vieux port de Chania+-25min ce qui est tres acceptable. Mini epicerie au coin de la rue (50m de l'apparte) pour s'approvisionner chaque jour. Nous recommandons cet appartement fortement.

Sve je bilo savršeno, toliko da smo želeli da produžimo boravak ali nažalost nije bilo moguće. Apartman je kao na slikama, savršeno čist. Domaćica preljubazna, uvek dostupna sa korisnim savetima. Hvala još jednom na svemu i nadamo se ponovnom susretu! Sve preporuke ❣️

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem , bardzo czysto i wygodnie. Okolica spokojna, łatwy dojazd z dworca autobusowego, jedzie miejski autobus nr 11, strefa biletowa A, natomiast spacer w stronę centrum to sama przyjemność bo idziesz praktycznie cały czas przy wodzie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem mieszkania. Do tego z racji, że byliśmy z kilkumiesięcznym dzieckiem to była potrzeba łóżeczka do spania i tutaj największe zaskoczenie i za to gigantyczny plus dla właściciela...bo specjalnie dla nas zakupił łóżeczko, które nie jest żadną dostawką czy turystycznym łóżeczkiem, a najprawdziwszym drewnianym łóżeczkiem, które spełniło nasze oczekiwania. dziękujemy😀 Polecam z całego serca i na pewno wrócimy 😀

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.
