Plenty of relaxation equipment (electric sofa, recliner, hammock, etc.) + Air conditioning... Close to all amenities (Supermarket, bakery, tobacco...), many bike paths, crossing the Charente by river shuttle (+shuttles to Fort Boyard or nearby islands...). All linens are provided.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Our house is located in a small village with all shops (about 10 min walk) and close to the sea (Port des Barques and its small family beach: 6 km). Its central location between Royan and La Rochelle makes it easy to visit all the riches of the department such as the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix, the cities of Châtelaillon, Fouras, Rochefort, Saintes or to simply enjoy the Charente coast (Ronce-les-Bains, La Palmyre...)
