Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sciotot and Siouvile-Hague, this spacious and newly renovated cottage will offer you the tranquility and comfort of a real stone country house from 1850. It has a closed courtyard in front of the house to park your vehicles and a large enclosed garden at the back. Its total area of 140 m² will allow you to enjoy its large bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a real family vacation home equipped and decorated with care.

The Workshop

Studio on the 1st floor, in downtown Les Pieux Dynamic village (about 70 shops and 3 supermarkets). Sciotot beaches less than 2 km away Less than 5 km from Flamanville power station. New apartment, all amenities, for a couple (with one bedroom, kitchen open to living room, toilet in the bathroom). Towels and bedding are provided, an extra blanket is available in addition to the duvet. Pets not allowed.

Located in a small quiet and peaceful village with a small business nearby, Les Pieux city center is 10 minutes away with all shops. New single-story house. Your seaside walks can be varied between the Pointe de la Hague to Mont-Saint-Michel or the landing beaches. In the village of Biville , close to the dunes (400 m), the beach, the GR 223, renovated former farmhouse including two houses with a common courtyard of 400 m2. The rental part is composed of three rooms. On the ground floor a large living room with kitchenette. Upstairs a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed
