1 bedroom apartment on 1st floor in a luxurious resort in kapparis area in protaras. 5-10 minutes walking distance from the 3 fascinating beaches. Just 200 meters from the kapparis main avenue,where you can find many restaurants,pubs, supermarkets, kids play ground and bus stops.In the bedroom there is 1 large double bed and 1 single one,where can stay 2 adults & a child. In the living room there are 2 soffas. On request a camp bed can be placed for another person.( or a cod bed for a baby).

The place has a very homely feel to it. Has quite a few things that you need good place with a family as you have space inside and outside the house would be great in summers. And great place to be as the best sandy beaches are driving distance. Fredrick was very responsive before arrival and also during the stay. Would love to come back again

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

A large, beautiful villa. Parking inside the courtyard. A big pool with a spacious surrounding area. There is plenty of space behind the house, and a barbecue is available. The balcony on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Very easy to get to, not far from the road. The owner, Mario, is very friendly. I liked everything, highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this villa. It suited the needs of two young grandchildren, their parents and two sets of grandparents very well. It is in peaceful surroundings with sea views and beaches a short walk away. The villa was very clean and the pool and outside area were lovely with lots of seating areas. Getting enough shade was a bit of a problem, but the sun moved round very quickly. The villa feels spacious. It is pretty well equipped and the two items we asked for were got for us very quickly. The villa is situated at the end of a small strip with bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely beaches are not far away, but you really need a car to get to all these amenities. Overall, I would recommend it as a great place to stay.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Staying at Elena's villa was wonderful. The reason I booked it was because it looked clean and well-maintained. The pool was lovely, very clean and pump working well. The garden was beautiful with lots of trees and plants that made the area look so pretty. Lots of seating too. Inside was everything you could need for a hassle-free stay. Plenty of kitchen equipment, nice lounge area, beds were comfortable and everything seemed very clean which is important to me. Any questions I had were answered promptly by Elena. The villa is situated between two beaches, Sirena and Kalamies only 5 min walk which we did around 4pm most afternoons and had a swim in the sea. You will need a car if you want to get into Protaras strip. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Everything was great! Great owner who helped us with everything, responded in just a few minutes and was always available! Very nice apartment and it suited me and my 2 friends perfectly. Everything was clean and fresh, there was a great balcony and a good pool. The apartment has everything you need! It was easy to find & get there, very good location! The bar street was one street up and the center with shops and restaurants was one street down. There is a small beach a few minutes away - ”Katsakra beach”. But we recommend you to walk a few minutes further along the beach to "MUSAN Beach" or to "Vathia Gonia" where there beach was really nice, both sunbeds and good sand, toilets and restaurants. ”Vathia Gonia” is like a mini Nissi Beach - our favorite! You have to walk a bit to get there, but it's so worth it and you can walk along the beach. We really recommend the apartment and the host, you will love Ayia Napa!
