Villa in an excellent location. Short walk to bars, restaurants and local beaches. Nicos is a good host: responds quickly to emails & resolved a couple of minor issues very promptly at the start of our holiday. We had a wonderful time in Pernera and hope to return in the future.

'Lefkolla' Sea View Maisonette in Protaras Centre

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

Very nice and comfortable villa. We were there in the off season and it was very private and quiet. Close to many activities, beaches, restaurants, etc. during high season. Away from the crowded tourist areas but close enough to be convenient. In winter, many places are closed. We still managed to have a great time. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

Firstly communication prior to arrival was excellent including detailed directions to ensure safe arrival, there are some reviews mentioning how bad the access is, this is not the case if you just follow the information sent, mopeds deliver food and groceries so ... Check in was faultless and flexible on check out. The villa is excellently equipped and has everything you will need for your stay, including condiments, toiletries etc and nice touches with cold drinks, coffee and snacks so you don't have to rush straight out for supplies. The location of the villa is beautiful with stunning views, sunsets and walks surrounded by nature. Marie-Line is always on hand for recommending local restaurants, beaches, activities sending links and directions, even advising short cuts when certain areas are busy. Over all faultless, very professional, friendly, excellent communication and always on hand for questions, I wouldn't think twice about returning to this great villa and location. 🏖.

A great two week stay with my husband and our two children aged 20 and 28 . A two minute walk takes you onto the main rd full of restaurants and plenty of great places to eat . We had a car and drove to a quiet beach about 10 minutes away but there is a great beach only a five minute walk away . The villa is situated in a quiet gated area but close to everything . I would highly recommend this place and would stay again .

This was our second stay at Villa Mimosa, as we had the most amazing time the first time round. The villa is perfectly situated along a quiet road, but within a one minute walk of a local supermarket and an amazing restaurant. There is also a bus stop on the main road near the villa, which again is less than a one minute walk away and allowed us to travel around Protaras and Ayia Napa with ease. The villa itself is beautiful and has everything you could need for your stay. The pool was exceptional and is definitely the highlight. Katherine was an exceptional host and was always quick to respond to any queries and went above and beyond with the requests we had during both stays. Couldn’t have asked for a better villa and we’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

We traveled 2 adults and four kids/youths. A great place , both the house and the location. 3 nice bedrooms and a good living room and kitchen. A nice pool outside. The location close to fig tree bay made the house perfect. The service and communication was great. When we needed help during the stay Olga and Anastasia responded quickly. Great service. Highly recommend this place if you are going for a vacation to Protaros
