Our 3-night stay at Moonlight View Cottage was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel right at home. They’re such warm and kind people, and their food was absolutely delicious —every meal felt like it was made with love, just the kind of comfort food you crave in the mountains. Also, they have lovely pets, cats and a dog. Getting to the cottage is a bit of an adventure—it’s a 15-20 minute uphill walk, with the last stretch being pretty steep. But once you make it, the view from the balcony makes every step worth it. The room was spotless, well-stocked with all the essentials, and just had this cozy, welcoming vibe. The only small downside is that taxis don’t come up to this area, so you’ll need to walk to the main Jibhi market. If you’re planning to explore, I’d recommend renting a vehicle in Jibhi—it’ll make things much easier.

It was a quaint cottage nestled in the midst of an expansive apple orchard with breathtaking views of the mountains from each of the bedrooms. A little gem of a place which calms your senses and provides the perfect hideaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was tastefully done and Kanupriya is a great host who is extremely responsive and helpful with a great eye for aesthetics. The location is a pure delight resting midway between Manali and Naggar providing easy access to the eateries and other joints at the same time offering the privacy you so always crave for. All in all a must visit for thirsty souls who want the noise of the silence to surround them waking up to natural sunlight seeping through the windows and the chirping of the birds.

Very beautiful place, worth it. They have good food near by, the home owner made it easier for us, gave us suggestions. Wi-fi, heaters and everything else is comfortable. Only thing to note is, there is only a single bathroom inside the house, but also there is another outside. Everything aside, it was a good place. Extra details: The owners and helpers gave contact for taxi and bikes for rent. Taxi is better for 2 days, to visit rhotang pass, kasol and river rafting at kullu. We paid Rs. 9000 for two days, but personally one day is enough for rhotang pass (snow) and river rafting. Second day, there is not much local place for the driver to show around, make smarter decisions. Also, book your own activities for cheaper rates, the driver might take commission at costlier shops.

This place is literally impressive! Amazing spot! Lovely hospitality and awesome details. Bon fire activity is great plus the Bbq and all their food is super yummy. Will definitely recommend to everyone

Very nice place to stay in Manali with great suggestions, incredibly good chefs at their inhouse cafe with beautiful apple orchard surroundng. Sachin and his team made us feel at home. We took a full day guided tour for Hampta snow drive and Igloo Visit and activities and loved it. Also, they arranged our Atal Tunnel and Sissu snow drive which was incredible. We had Bonfire every evening in their dedicated lawn and ordered tandoori dishes which was perfect to enjoy the evenings. We got to see so many nice places and experienced an incredible amount in a short time. I highly recommend traveling to the Sachin's place and happy to travel back there. Sachin and Jaypal are best hosts and people you would want to reachout with all suggesstions, and help. This was my 5th visit to their place, and their cottage is very spacious, with friendly staff. I prefer their cottage more is because of their warm hosting and pet-friendly place with spacious lawns. You must try their kitchen menu, with multicuisine options, it is so good. Also thank you for providing me with hot water bags, they really made my bed warm and cozy. Special thanks to Rohit for his active service throughout.

Sainj valley is a peaceful space. Cottage is good. And Mr Satish is further building a tree house. Best season to visit is April-May. Although we visited the place in January when winters were at peak. They provide you bonfire free of cost for which others charge Rs. 1000. Additionally the place is surrounded by deodar and pine trees and apple trees, which give you serene experience. And the best part is their cook Mr. Fatehsingh . He makes you yummy food and tea whenever you want. His best dish is his biryani veg/ nonveg both and kadak adrakwali chai. All in all a very good experience. Only one caveat: roads are little damaged due to rains but you can reach the place anyhow. No major issues there.

But the real showstopper is the balcony & terrace– the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including the lush apple orchards, left us speechless. What impressed us most, however, was our host's genuine care and attention to detail. He took the time to show us around, recommend local hidden gems, and ensure we had a memorable stay.
