This place is for anyone who loves to be in mountains. Or have ever dreamt of picking farm fresh veggies from their garden. Just prepare your morning coffee/tea and sit on the hammock chair (I call this as my thinking chair). There is silence as well as music which plays along beautifully. Like there is no traffic noise but then the birds will sing with the music of river. Yes you can also go for river hiking which is just 15min away from the house. Tra was easily the best experience of living in Manali I have ever had. The place is very conveniently located a few minutes away from the city and yet away from the main city centre which is absolutely full of people and traffic noises. The rooms were gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. The big glass windows let you experience the Himalayas from within the room and the morning felt like absolute bliss. The property’s décor is very tastefully done and the attention to detail is visible in every corner. The activities they provide are different and unlike we have seen anywhere else. They are a must try if you stay here. And you need not worry about food either. Amazing food, decently priced. The place felt run very professionally and they have certain rules to adhere to. I felt the rules are necessary as they enhance the quality and experience for the guests. This place hence makes it a perfect one to spend 3-4 days easily. I will definitely come back here for longer!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming property located in the tranquil village of Chakki in Himachal Pradesh. The property was a short 500-meter walk away from the road, but the journey was definitely worth it. Upon reaching the property, I was warmly greeted by Donna, an adorable dog who made me feel at home instantly. The property was surrounded by lush apple orchards, adding to its serene ambiance. The hosts have put in great attention to detail to make it a special place. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at my own home.The hosts were incredibly hospitable and talented, with a passion for many things. The food was nothing short of delicious, and the cleanliness standards of the property were impressive. During my stay, I went on a few small hikes around the property, including one to a nearby stream. The location of the property was ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend some time amidst nature.

We felt right at home with Srikant and Nitika. Nitikas cooking was out of this world! We had cosy meals with the hosts and they made us feel very welcome. Srikant was very generous with his time and knowledge and showed us around the local sights and sounds. We even got to do a beautiful walk through a local village in the snow! It was something special. The location is a little isolated though taxis are available! Would happily recommend and go back here for another stay.

The property has an excellent location. It is really peaceful and the views from the property are just awe inspiring. Badri is an amazing host and the staff are equally warm and welcoming. The room was clean and the food was delicious. The location is such that you can do all the touristy stuff if you want and also, if you just want to have a stay in, take in the views and just read. It caters to whatever you want- a vacation to be.

1. The place is perfectly located. You get un interested views of everything around you. You are not in the mindless traffic of Manali, and you are not far from all the places of Interest. You are never sandwiched in between overbearing building around you. You're always surrounded by nature and sun light. 2. Badri and his Mom are awesome hosts. Badri interacted with us everyday and answered any question we asked very politely. He is soft-spoken, well-mannered, cultured and well-read. He will take care of every thing you ask for. Also, he will stay in touch with you regarding your needs when you are out for sight-seeing. 3. Nagesh and Saabu run the kitchen and service like clock work. There is never a mix-up or variation from special request regarding your taste (salt/sugar etc). They always oblige your request with a smile. 4. Housekeeping in this place is something which is out standing. Even when we check in at big hotels, I have item asked for a change of shweta or pillo cases or a change of blanket immediately. Badri has kept this place SPOTLESS. This is the reason we were impressed with the place right away. There is no dust in even the hardest to reach corners of the rooms. Overall, had it been possible, I would have given this place 10 out of 5 stars!! This is the best place I have stayed at in Manali.

North - ein traditionelles Holzhaus - liegt auf einem wunderschön angelegten Gelände. Offen gestaltende work spaces, die einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Naggar und die umliegenden Berge bieten, laden zum Arbeiten und zum Verweilen ein. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit eigenem Badezimmer ausgestattet. In der angrenzenden Küche gab es morgens Frühstück. Wie schon von Rasul erwähnt, führt unterhalb vom Gelände die Hauptstraße vorbei, in der Nacht ist es aber ruhig. Verschiedene Restaurants und Shops finden sich gleich in der Nähe sowie auch Castle Naggar. Ich habe meinen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The place is beautiful. Hospitality of Vijendra was excellent. Only thing problematic was the apprach which too was facilitated by Vijendra through pick up and drop. Breakfast and Dinner were inclusive of rent and room heater were inclusive of rent unlike places like Nirvana Trueliving in Nathan, Naggar where they charged for everything. Absolutely recommended.

We were a group of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids) and had a peaceful time at Sumedh's place during last week of May '23. We occupied four spacious rooms on the 2nd floor. The place does full justice compared to the photos. The rooms were clean with great views of the hills on both sides of the house and is well-maintained. The food was served on order and was light on the palate but tasteful. Prem (caretaker) was at our beck & call & special thanks to him. Sumedh was a great host - it was 11pm by the time we checked-in but he made sure he was there to guide us & left only after we checked-in. Small downside - Be prepared to travel 30 mins if you are going to visit Manali or to the main road. B I would recommend the place and would love to come again.
