Manali Homes is a beautiful villa surrounded by the most serene views of the mountains all around you! A very well maintained , spotless clean and comfortable house amidst apple orchards. Preety ji and Rakesh ji are the most gracious hosts! They own the place & are extremely welcoming in nature. The rooms have beautiful views of the mountains and the apple orchards. It was truly very relaxing. Preety ji cooks up great meals and her team made sure all our requests and needs were well taken care of. They recommended us walking down to the river bank nearby and it was one of our fondest memories! What a beautiful trail with quaint mountain homes around , passing by the warm Himachali people who are always smiling and happy to help. Manali Homes was everything we could ask for! Our group of 14 comprised 3 elders and they had a comfortable stay too! Highly recommend this spectacular home away from home with spectacular views and all comforts to boast!

It was a wonderful stay, we stayed at the tree house which was a wonderful experience. It was a family vacation with our new family member our little kitten, the experience for her and us was great. The tree house, orchard and the lawn was our little one's favorite. Loved the wonderful home cooked food served, especially the Siddu and rajma. Ambrish is a very friendly host, you can ask him for local recommendation. Would recommend this place to people seeking peace and green surroundings yet drivable distance from Manali and Naggar.

Chetan ji is great host and make sure all arrangements are in order. Food is great and gives feel of home food. Thanks to his wife. Location of property is excellent. We enjoyed lot during our stay and highly recommend to others. House is very nicely built to have lot of common areas to sit and enjoy.

The place is really beautiful- so beautiful that the pictures don't do justice to the reality. Vinay ji is a great host, always helpful and available with suggestions. A walk through the hill forest - with it's apple, cherry and wild species was a treat for all of us. The anecdotes and stories of the history of the land, local knowledge about various plant species and it's uses - really liked that part. Food was also great and like home cooked food. Our family of 9 simply loved every bit of it. My 2 year old daughter is still clamouring to go back to Kotgarh and I am promising her that we will try to be back next year 😀

Where do u even start saying something about this space 🫶 Ashima & Scott have created a little paradise up in the mountains ❤️ The Apple Orchards, the chirping birds, mighty 4000 mtrs peak in your front yard, 200mtr plus waterfall in your backyard, crisp fresh air, dogs to cuddle & just endless serenity 🥰 The description is apt about the place. If u can hike for an hour or so u should be good. The path is beautiful & Ashima will provide all the help to get u up smoothly. Yes do carry whatever u will need for your duration of the stay. Once up u won’t feel like leaving this paradise at all ❤️❤️ Can’t wait to get back here 🫶

Reached the location without hitch due to the clear instructions and communication. The hosts were very hospitable and actually took us for a forest trail walk. Met some lovely people at the resort. Lovely fruit trees around the house. The rooms were clean and the dining area and balcony provided the perfect hangout place. We mainly ate at the nearby restaurants which were quite good. About 5 minutes walk from the resort are some stunning valley views.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Vama Homestead. The rooms were spacious and clean.. The host Vardaan Chawla (more of a friend) is absolutely a gem of a person..going out all the way to make our stay a memorable one..Explained us about the area and other topography..Accompanied us to a small river side hike which was absolutely stunning sight..The staff were attentive as well prompt and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable..and last but not the least being a foodie group we were served with best of lip smacking dishes throughout our stay.. Breakfast, lunch, hi tea, barbeque snacks and dinner were quite elaborate made with best of ingredients.. I know it's a bit long review but am compelled to write for the great hospitality we received.. It had everything we could wish for...If planning for a quiet, no hassles great location awesome food then just go for it.. You won't regret.. Only thing to keep in mind is there a small trek from parking to reach the resort..

For anyone who wants to spend some time surrounded by nature and away from city rush, this is a perfect place. The house is a mix of modern and old Pahari architecture. The core of the house is old and traditional while modern facilities have been added later. The outcome is a nice cozy and rustic place. We had the whole house to ourselves as Divya, our host, was travelling. However, she was in touch with us over the phone and her directions were clear and easy to follow. The house was immaculately clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms are cozy, balconies are a treat to sit in and porches are delightful. We cooked, read, lazed in balconies and porches, explored the orchard and surrounding woods and had a great time overall. Instead of taking out the car, we found a forest trail to market that was simply blissful and good daily exercise. The time we spent here has certainly energized us all. Highly recommended.

It is an amazing property to enjoy nature yet having all the facilities of home. We stayed for one month with two kids. Kids loved the open space and enjoyed watching birds and watching cows in nearby fields. We also enjoyed organic lemons and veges which are grown on property. Host is super helpful and there is a caretaker family on property which provides great service. Rainy days feels heavenly here and thunderstorms at night makes a great light show. There is also a market nearby which is very convenient.

I had an absolutely delightful stay here! From the moment we arrived, Hukum ji was incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met and taking responsibility for everything throughout our stay. Had a wonderful stay there. The house was clean and well maintained. Most of the amenities were there. It was spacious. Wonderful experience.

Had a group of 17 people. The host Harnek was very responsive and got us in touch of the local caretaker of the property. Sunny. A character for sure. always looking to help in any way as possible. always making sure that all goes according to plan. Loved the stay and love the services provided by Sunny. About the property - looks like the pictures posted online. The only think we felt missing was the cutlery and crockery. bring your own. OR disposables.

Loved the place and host Bhawani. We were 4 friends and wanted to visit a place which has the Local feel of Pahadi location instead of a Tourist place. This place gave us exactly what we wanted. We went inside and didn't even try to go anywhere else. The river backyard is another fun. Rakesh Bhaiya cooked delicious food and we, friends, enjoyed cooking together ❤️ Will definitely recommend and bring my family along next time.

Something more than 5stars would have been better. Tarun's place is a perfect combination of peache, serene, magnificent surroundings, and the list goes on. Moreover, the caretaker Anil, he can't be praised here, a complete book will be less to describe him. Plus, he is a super amazing cook. Few good places and treks arealso there nearby. Even, the approach road is also well paved now. I visited with i10, and it was a piece of cake to drive there.

We stayed here for 6 days whilst watching India thrash England in the cricket. Karan's villa was a peaceful sanctuary for us all to relax in and we were thankful that we were within 20 mins of the stadium and not up in Mcleod Ganj with the other fans. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The staff were all brilliant and we had a wonderful home cooked curry on our first night. We would have eaten there more but for the fact that the food at the nearby 360 hotel was amazing and kept drawing us back night after night. The location was perfect and not too busy with car horns etc. We all enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely return.

Ok so where is the 7th star !! If this place is available , book it in a heart beat , its at an amazing location with a fabulous staff. Well done place with all the amenities and with a peaceful view of the valley. Hidden away gem of a place

The place was amazing! The views from the room and living room were beautiful and calming. It was very clean and had all the listed amenities. We originally booked for 2 nights but extended our stay because it was so great. Host Jayati was very responsive, and Co-Host Ranjana made sure everything was in order and even helped us check in early due to bad weather. Ranjana was humble and ensured we had no issues. Despite the weather, the heater and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The caretaker was available 24/7 and assisted us during our stay. The food was delicious, just like homemade. We loved the food especially Aloo Jeera and paranthas. I would definitely return with my family; it's a must-visit spot and one of the best weekend getaways. The kindness of the Host, Co-Host, and caretaker made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Among the most hospitable hosts I have come across. Ankur and Shilpa not only ensured we had a comfortable stay but also surprised us with delicious food all the time. The place is full of old school charm and was amazingly warm even when it was freezing outside. The views from this place were amazing and there are multiple cosy corners in the place to quietly read a book or enjoy a cup of hot coffee with your loved ones. It's definitely one of those places where you would keep coming back and make fond memories everytime.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay in Fagu, Shimla. Everything about it was perfect! The food, tea, and coffee were outstanding, with a homely touch that made every meal feel special.
