Sheets and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from the E12 in the village with Sweden's second longest birch alley. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Wifi is available.

Here you live comfortably and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Private house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Modernly decorated farmhouse - bright, and with windows in several directions. Two patios, one with sun from morning to late afternoon, the other with evening sun. The house is located in a scenic village 15 km from Umeå and near Umeälven, where there is the possibility to buy a fishing license for salmon fishing. 2 km away is an 18-hole golf course and within walking distance there is a swimming area with barbecue areas. Nice and varied walking paths in and around the village. The host couple live in a house on the same property
