Great top floor apartment. Beautiful space and exactly like the photos. Really enjoyed staying. Great area which has some lovely coffee shops just outside. Note it is on the fifth floor and no lift. No problem for us, but worth noting. Lars is fab. Perfect landlord.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf! Ruime kamers, praktisch mooie keuken en prima zitkamer. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, incl een wasmachine. Leuk ingericht: modern met oude elementen. Het appartement is een volledige (comfortabele) bovenverdieping van een prachtige authentieke woning liggend in een mooie rustige omgeving. Je gaat met een buitentrap naar de voordeur. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid en vlakbij de grotere steden als Lund of Mälmo.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Häuschen direkt am See – und es war wieder absolut traumhaft! Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig, idyllisch und mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser, den man jeden Tag aufs Neue genießen kann. Es fühlt sich jedes Mal wie eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag an. Nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt und sogar einen Hauptbahnhof, von dem aus man ganz entspannt nach Göteborg fahren kann. Der Ort eignet sich außerdem wunderbar zum Spazierengehen – ob durch die Natur oder einfach am See entlang. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet, super gepflegt und bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz an alles gedacht wurde. Auch die Gastgeber Marlin und Anders sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hat. Man fühlt sich bei ihnen wirklich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

Super nice stay in a place with big character! Matthew family was very welcoming and super helpful. Only thing to consider is that it’s 4th (and a half) floor without elevator, definitely not for the faint hearted, but we had no problem on that! The space has great energy, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the premise ! Definitely will visit again !

Therese og Fredriks leilighet er blant de aller beste vi har leiet på AirBnb. - dvs topp 3 av ca 20. Veldig hyggelig, rent og innbydende. Godt kjøkken, med alle fasiliteter, - superfin spiseplass i stuen. Gode rekreasjonsplasser i fine møbler. Gode senger, og madrasser. Det var fint å bo i toppetasjen, - det ga ingen gatestøy. Det var også et stille og rolig strøk, - ingen støy fra naboer. Beliggenheten kunne ikke ha vært bedre. Gåavstand til alt vi ville se. Vi kommer gjerne igjen. Pernille & Morten

We had a very nice time in this apartment. It’s located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Maja and her husband were very kind and hospitable. There is a tram station(Ekmanska) and grocery shop(ICA) just nearby, which is very convenient.

Staying at Grethe"s place was fantastic! The location was very convenient, being just a few minutes walk to the metro, and the house itself was very nice. The decor was beautiful and it was very comfy, and actually was bigger than I thought the photos made it look. My girlfriend and I had a great time and would love to be back. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Copenhagen. Thank you Grethe, it was a pleasure!

Wir haben zu viert (Erwachsene) hier 5 Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden! Linda & Nisse sind sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und durften kostenfrei auch den E-Mietwagen aufladen. Von Herzen können wir dieses kleine, schnuckelige Appartement jedem empfehlen, der ein paar Tage hier verbringen möchte.

We had a fantastic stay! Lars gave us a fantastic recommendation for the restaurant downstairs! If you use a voucher from eater . dk for Restaurant Gabrielle you can have a beautiful four course meal at a discounted rate. The neighborhood was centrally located and the apartment was just what we were hoping for! Would highly recommend as long as you’re able to climb the stairs :) hope to be back!

With Sam amd Katrine‘s apartment we found a perfect place to stay for our trip to Copenhagen. It‘s just two minutes away from Nørrebro St. and therefore perfect to get around with the metro or s-train. Although the building lies directly on a street, it‘s surprisingly calm and quiet as it is on the top floor in the house, just below the roof. The interior is tastefully furnished and decorated and when the sun shines, the rooms are filled with light. The kitchen is well equipped and offered even more than we needed for our stay. As we arrived, everything was clean and tidy and we felt at home almost instantly. It was very easy to communicate with Sam and Katrine and if I‘d be in Copenhagen again, I would definitively check if their apartment is available.

Our stay in Filippo’s apartment was great! We could always message him for any upcoming questions and we were very grateful for the insider tips he gave us. The accommodation was right around a metro station, so we never had to drive more than 25 minutes to get to where we wanted. All in all we had a good time in Copenhagen in a lovely apartment!

We were two couples staying in Wolfgangs wonderful flat in the absolute center of Copenhagen (the best shopping area according to me). All of us loved it! We couldn't have been more happy with the position, size and style of the charming appartment! Wolfgang was very helpful before and during our stay with both recommendation perfect for our visit and flexibility with the dates and number of nights in the appartment. The handover of the key went smoothly and we even got to leave our bags earlier than check in, great service! I would absolutely recommend the appartment to anyone fancy a great stay in Copenhagen and I would absolutely book the appartment again. The only thing I could think of as a problem was that there was no elevator, so people that have trouble walking would't enyoj the stairs all the way to the top of the building.

Vi hade en underbar helg i Pias fina hem. Lägenheten var fin och stor och motsvarade beskrivningen. Vi uppskattade särskilt att det verkligen kändes som ett hem och att området var perfekt - nära centrum och många bra restauranger. Kommunikationen med Pia var också tydlig och Pia var otroligt hjälpsam. Overall en perfekt upplevelse!!

This place is beyond a place to stay is an experience. Bigger than the photos, 4 levels until reaching the top windows with panoramic view of the town. Fairly clean, heating, washer and dryer separately, bathtub with bath salts. The apartment is very special, it is only missing some instructions for the kitchen appliances and lights to enjoy its full potential. This could be an Airbnb plus!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. It’s lovely and bright and was very clean. We love the location too, walking distance to lots of places, including the Metro, and very close to the lakes where there’s lots of cafes and bars. We were blessed with warm sunny weather so it was great to wander round the corner in the mornings to sit and enjoy a coffee and pastry whilst overlooking the lake. The hosts are very helpful with good communication and instructions. Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful apartment 😊

Fint ställe med härligt utsikt. Man känner sig på landet, det luktar land och man hör hönsen- underbart! Fungerade väl för oss- 2vux, 2barn. Lite ovanligt att vi fick bedda sängarna själva. Värdinnan var mycket trevligt och hjälpsamt.

Jag och min flickvän hade det så bra här! Ett sånt himla mysigt ställe att bo på. Extremt bra att utgå ifrån också om man vill resa runt i Österlen. Barbro var väldigt mån om att tillgodose våra behov och frågade alltid om det var något vi behövde eller om hon kunde stå till tjänst med något. Ett kanonboende helt enkelt med supertrevliga värdar!

Närhet till mycket på Österlen inom 10 minuter hittar man Eklaholm, Sandhammaren, Alestenar, Backagården, Kåseberga, Daliafarmen, Olof Victors och Backåkra. Även nära till Ystad och Simrishamn. Välstädat och ordnat. Toppen att sängkläder, handdukar och städning ingår. Fullt utrustat kök. Bara positivt. Rekomenderas varmt!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Umgebung direkt am See mit Bootsanleger und Bademöglichkeit. Sehr freundliche und großzügige Gastgeber, wir durften sogar das Boot benutzen. Sie waren stets ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Toll eingerichtete Wohnung, top ausgestattet (Fußbodenheizung) und sehr gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
