Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Lovely and comfortable house near the beach. 200 m down a little gravel road and you are on the beach. Follow the path to the right along the coast and you are in the wood, go left and you come to Faxe Ladeplads, a lazy wonderful little town. Wide, sand beaches everywhere. Lovely and comfortable house close to the beach. 200 meters down a small gravel road and you stand by the sea. If you go to the right, you come out into a beautiful forest and to Fedet. On the left, you will enter Faxe Ladeplads.

NEW BUILD 2023 - Architect-designed summerhouse close to the beach - with sauna! Quiet, spacious and secluded in a large, enclosed garden, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation near Copenhagen and the amazing Tisvildeleje, with many restaurants and cafes. The stairway to the beach is only about 200 meters from the house and leads to a private beach where only the homeowners (and you!) have the key, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the coast in peaceful surroundings.
