Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
