Relax In Quiet Neighborhood Close To Center

Pad across blond timber floors and make morning coffee in a bright open-plan kitchen. Colorful art and photography bring walls to life while rugs and soft furnishings maintain a relaxing atmosphere. A leafy shared garden can be seen from the balcony. You have full access to all of the apartment and you'll be the only one living there during your stay. Weather I'm in Denmark og traveling while retning out my apartment I'm always available on my phone or through my Airbnb profile and will always respond as fast as possible. My brother and sister in law lives in the same building and will also be able to assist if you have any questions. The apartment is right next to both Fælledparken—the central park of Copenhagen—and the beach called Svanemøllen. It's close to supermarkets and public transport. Central Copenhagen is only 10 minutes away by bicycle or the new metro line. The apartment is located only 15 minutes from the centre of Copenhagen making it both easy to explore the city and to get how from where you end up in Copenhagen. There a nearby bike rental shops you wish to bike around the city like a local . If you prefer to get around with pubic transport there are buses and trains just around the corner going in all directions. In september 2019 the new Metro (Subway) will open. The stations is located only 1 minute walk from the apartment making it even faster to reach the city centre and the nearby attractions. Parkering is not free in this area but it's the cheapest place to park in all of Copenhagen. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment and pay through the parking app called EasyPark. If you wish to park you car for a longer period and for free then there is a safe parking lot located only 10-15 minutes away. The apartment is right next to the central park of Copenhagen and the beach called Svanemøllen. It's close to both supermarkets and public transport. Central Copenhagen is only 10 minutes away by bicycle or the metro line.

High-spec Renovated Central Townhouse

Plum in the sought after Kartoffelrækkerne area in the centre of town right on the lakes, this is walking distance to nearly every great attraction in the city. This four story townhouse has a large loft lounge and office on the 2nd floor, a master bedroom, bathroom and baby room on the 1st, a huge kitchen and dining room for up to 8 people on the ground floor, plus a second bedroom and bathroom in a spacious lower level. There is also a bbq and seating for 6 on the outside terrace. The house was fully renovated in 2018 with bespoke furniture and appliances. The style resembles the mid modern Scandinavian style with a twist of colonialism. Perfect for two couples or a little family with a baby or toddler. The entire house is available to you during your stay. We're available to give advice about the neighbourhood and answer any questions about the house during your stay, just ring. The townhouse is on the lakes in Central Copenhagen. Walk to an organic bakery, famous smørbrød cafe, and a Michelin-starred restaurant. The National Gallery Of Art (SMK), Natural History Museum, and the Botanical are each a 5-minute walk away. Copenhagen is easily walkable, however also beautiful and surprisingly accessible by bike. We'd recommend both modes of transport, or an taxi app called Taxa 4X35 if you want to be driven. Please let us know if you'd like a cleaner in the house during your stay, she is usually in the house for 4 hours twice a week.

Balcony Bolt-Hole in a Cool Brick Building in the Center

Rustle up a meal in a white-tile and wood kitchen, then spread out between a 6-seater dining table and L-shaped sectional sofa in the patchwork art-wall livingroom. Exposed brick, interesting angles, and alcoves give this apartment character. The guests have access to big and beautiful yard, shared with the neighbours and access to the laundry in the building. I am available via my phone all the time. If I don’t answer my phone, please send me a text and I will contact you as soon as possible. The meatpacking district is full of cute restaurants, all within strolling distance. Both Carlsberg City and the train station are nearby, and the famous Istedgade is a short walk away. Tivoli and the city's main station are accessible on foot. Train, bus and the metro are within walking distance (1-2 min). I will always recommend a bycycle in Cph, a lot of bikeshops have bikes for rent too. If you come by car, I’ll give you free guest parking tickets if needed.
