WineCamp - Russian River Valley AVA - No Pets

The WineCamp concept is rooted in the rural ambience of working local vineyards and craft breweries. This purpose-built residence offers indoor/outdoor living at it best. Conceived as the ideal space for two adult couples, the spacious dual master suites are separated by gracious open-plan living areas that flow seamlessly through multi-panel sliding walls of glass onto the covered terrace and vineyards beyond. This wine and beer themed property is not suitable for children.

This recently remodeled guest suite in Santa Rosa’s Junior College neighborhood offers a cozy retreat for 1-2 guests. Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

House has a full bathroom, bedroom downstairs with a Cal King bed and one upstairs with two twin beds. 5 acres in the redwoods, trampoline, fire pit area, high-speed Internet.

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170
