We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure center, with its eco-friendly swimming area, is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional €8.

It is dominated by the Bauges massif and is located a few kilometers from Lake Bourget with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Oriented 180° to the west, ideal location for sports and family vacations: cycling, hiking, skiing, swimming, climbing...

It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we enjoyed imagining, building and landscaping in order to experience memorable moments in Aix les Bains.

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
