This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house. This comfortable accommodation is located in a house that is a condominium of 2 families. The apartment is located on the first floor, so it's an attic. A skylight in all rooms. It offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Stunning views of the Bauges massif, near Aix les Bains and Chambery, and a large 50 m2 terrace. I would like to point out that this is my primary residence, which I often exchange with HOMEEXHANGE because it suits me perfectly.

Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.
