Small apartment matches the photos and description. Convenient and well-equipped apartment (oven, microwave, washing machine, raclette machine...). Ideal location, just a few meters from one of the slopes of the estate and a chairlift. I would highly recommend this listing.

Despite a rather late booking, we were able to stay three nights in this beautiful apartment, small but very functional. Perfect for two people. The location is great, we visited the city on foot without worries, and the building is amazing. Free parking nearby is a real plus. Thomas was very kind by message, his instructions were very clear which made our arrival very pleasant. Thank you again!

Perfect stay, a first in La Toussuire and in this accommodation but very certainly not the last, this accommodation is perfect, well located and thank you for all these first necessities there is everything you need in the apartment, everything nearby, clean, spacious accommodation, we were 4 adults and 1 child. We had a fantastic 5 days at Lucas apartment in Annecy. 5 min walk to shops/restaurants. Excellent supermarket just downstairs which was so convenient. Lake Annecy was just another few minutes away. Would definitely recommend & would go back without hesitation. 👏💫

Very nice apartment, cosy and very well equipped. Beautiful location towards the Imperial, you can easily walk to the old town of Annecy and its lake, in about ten minutes. Do it again.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. We had a lovely stay , where we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Impeccable apartment, very nice interior and exterior decorations. ( especially at night, it's beautiful) The hot tub is a plus to lounge after a good day of walking. Everything about it is excellent Maud is a caring host, all his explanations were perfect for our arrival. And responsive to the messages we were able to communicate. Recommended

We spent 1 night at Camille's apartment. It is located 15 minutes' walk from Old Town Annecy. Clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation. Parking space inside the residence, a significant point in Annecy. The bathtub with massage jets is a big plus!! Responsive and friendly host. I would recommend it

Accommodation with full amenities, quiet, with sauna and spa bath, a plus! and also a free private parking space! Very quiet location and ideally located close to the pretty city center of Chambéry. Recommended.

The apartment is not only spacious and comfortable, but it is also perfectly located to enjoy the lake. The view from the accommodation is simply magnificent. Plus, the hot tub was a real delight after a day of hiking. Dominique and Albert were very welcoming and available, informing us about local places. In short, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.
