Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Songshan District

We travelled Dec3-9 2024 and contacted way ahead for reservation. As a travelling extended family of 8, we are meticulous on the facilities and strategic location of the Home stay. We were delighted upon arrival that it matched our expectations or even exceeded. The place is strategically situated in a light commercial and residential area that offered peaceful rest during the night. It is a stone throw away from basic commodities as super markets/wet market, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, parks, train station and bus stations which benefitted our senior travellers. The Home stay is perfect and cozy with complete basic amenities needed by long stay travellers. The host(KYLIE:)) was more than helpful in addressing our requests, adjustments and even worked beyond a host's function to make our stay comfortable and convenient. She was also lenient in our shortcomings and truly understandable and very active in addressing our concerns. We wont hesitate to stay again on our next visit.

Gordon s house was comfortable and good for stay with sufficient amenities. Parking lot was available and the house was at good location. Gordon is a nice host. He replied and responded quickly .

We loved our stay at Kay’s place! Hubert met us upon arrival and gave us super helpful directions about the property and the area. The unit was clean and felt fresh upon arrival. Could not say better things about the location - easy to find and in the middle of a fantastic, cool neighborhood but the unit felt chill and relaxing for downtime between sightseeing and visits with family. The kids room with toys was a big hit with my littles, and we were impressed with the quality appliances and lovely decor. Would highly recommend this beautiful home to anybody looking for a comfortable, luxurious feeling headquarters for your next trip to Taipei. We’ll be back on our next visit!

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!

Piter's place is located almost above the Taipei Main Station. So its very accessible to all transportation. It is also sorrounded by many good restaurants. Being a neat freak, I like that the unit is clean and complete with cleaning materials too. I also like that I can wash our clothes without hassle because there's washing machine & detergent provided.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable bed. Very clean accommodation and the lobby staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Moony gave helpful instructions to help us find her place when we asked! A great location, super convenient to get literally anywhere because of the MRT. Cute and clean, I would definitely come back.

Overall Rate: highly recommend / would return Space: it was spacious & could accommodate 2 adults (or 3 haha if u want to). I felt at home, the space had an essential feature for me, high ceiling aka good lighting. Also there’s a walk-in closet haha for that someone in your life. Location: You’d imagine a lot of noice because the elevated road is just outside the door; but bc the unit is on the interior facing side there is no noise. Slept well and the dehumidifier really helped. It’s 7 min walk ish to the Brown-line, so that’s there. But I’m kinda lazy and more of a bus person; so bus stops are much closer and convenient. Host: Stella was v helpful and communicative; always trying to be supportive while you are staying. Really recommend. Downside: No downsides, building has elavator and at street level so accessible too.
