I came to Taipei to study for 3 months and the apartment was a perfect location for long term stay. The neighborhood is clean and relatively quiet, the apartment is kept clean and TzuHan always responded quickly and kindly to any request about the accommodations. I had some initial concerns about the lack of cooking in the kitchen, but it turns out there are so many close and affordable places to get takeaway food that it never even came up. There's an elevator in the building and an MRT station just down the street, so it's very convenient for a wider variety of mobility levels. There are some unique things about Taiwan that might take getting used to like disposing of trash, but Tzu-Han does a good job helping explain things to visitors. I highly recommend this host and accomodation to anyone, but especially for long term stays and those who might struggle with stairs /long distances.

Although Cookie wasn’t able to assist with the check-in on the day of my arrival, she ensured the process went smoothly and seamlessly with the help of her warm and friendly aunt. Cookie was also very accommodating and flexible with my needs. Thanks to their guidance, getting around Taipei was effortless. The house dog is absolutely adorable and friendly, aside from some occasional barking (which is completely normal and tolerable). I would highly recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Taipei. The area is home to several bars and restaurants and, while it’s not as busy or crowded as Ximending, it’s still very accessible with the metro just five minutes away.

Alex’s place is exactly as described and in an amazing location. Alex was fantastic to communicate with, met us upon arrival, and showed us everything we needed to know. He went above and beyond by preparing baby items for us and even setting up a Christmas tree for the holidays, which our kids absolutely loved. The house was fully stocked with all the household items we needed, and the water pressure was excellent! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Alex’s place. Thank you for making our holiday trip so special!

Super cozy place! The host is so so friendly and helpful. Tip: This place is an ideal place for watching New Year firework because you can easily walk back home from Taipei 101 while thousands of people get stuck everywhere in MRT stations! Staying at Candice’s felt like staying at a good friend’s home. Everything was as pictured & described (even better in our opinion). Getting around the city was no problem as public transportation was close, reliable, & plenty! We loved how walkable the area was & discovering local gems around Xinyi. We really made ourselves at home there because of the comfortable/spacious room, clean bathroom, convenient washer/dryer, & fully equipped kitchen that I was able to make several meals in. Candice & her roommate went out of their way to help us settle into the space & have some wonderful memories together. There was even Bao, Candice’s sweet cat, who made it so nice to be home on days we needed to rest. Candice was so accommodating, friendly, & kind—her home really felt like a highlight of our stay. We are so grateful for our time there & feel that we left with friendship & meaningful experiences. We would love to stay at Candice’s again & happily recommend it as a great Airbnb in Taiwan.

We were upgraded to rooms that were larger than originally booked.The location is more secluded, you can see the sea from the room, there is a small yard in front of the house, although the road is small and not easy to open, there is an open parking area.The room is very clean, with fruits, snacks, noodles, drinks, etc. in the refrigerator and cabinet.The owner is very enthusiastic to recommend nearby attractions and trips, and it is only 5 minutes by car from Jiu.Great place to stay.

This time, I came to celebrate with my friends. The overall atmosphere and experience of the private building are very good, and I had a great time playing!

This is an accommodation where 8 people stayed while traveling with friends. I was impressed by the unique interior. It's well organized, and the cattle appliances are well-stocked. The location was close to the subway station, so it was easy to get around, and it was nice that the surroundings were quiet. I had a good time and rested comfortably. It's also unfortunate that finishes such as exposed concrete walls, ceilings, and wood walls make it feel more like a filming studio than a home where people live. The kitchen wall is also exposed concrete, so something like stone powder drops. It wasn't a good environment to prepare a meal. The bathroom wall is also painted on the wood, but there is mold. I don't understand that the walls of a very humid space in Taiwan that use water is not tile. The unique interior layout is only beautiful in drawings and photos. In many ways, the architecture itself leaves a lot of regret. The host's service was very good, and the communication was good, so that was very good. If you're looking for a casual place to stay, I recommend it but it's a well-built, not a great place to live. Thank you though! We hope this feedback will make your stay even better.

cute mini apartment, can choose to sleep at loft or the living room area although i dont like the toilet its to small to bath comfortably but well worth the value overall

Ariel is very friendly and takes care of all the wishes of her guests. We really enjoyed the week in taipeh. The room was quite spacious and clean, the neighborhood offers many restaurants and the street in front of the balcony has very little traffic. Thanks a lot!

Huiwen is a super nice host communicated with us a lot and helped us with a lot of things. The place was spotless and SUPEr cozy. I wish i lived there! The place also smells super nice which make the stay very enjoyable.

The place feels you are in a house of a friend as if we are staying in a friend’s house not a rented one. The host was very accommodating and talkative. Also his cat is making so much sound but very cute and not annoying. Plenty of things given to us like the delicacies of taiwan, disposable towels and more.

Happy is an excellent host, proactive and friendly communication. The flat has a gorgeous balcony and is well equipped. I had a very comfortable one month stay working remotely.

Location was a bit difficult to find initially but Ian left very detailed instructions. The building is a bit old but you won’t notice once you step into the room, which is neat and had aircon. The place was bathroom was clean and this was in a walkable location. Would stay again!
