This place is wonderful. Easy and Quick access to Songjung beach within less than 2 mins by walk. And 1 Hour 30 mins ~ 2 Hours walk to Haeundae beach long with very beautiful Sea Side (10~15 mins by car). Great view to the Songjung beach esp in the morning when Sun comes up. Teresa gave me detailed guide on How to get to and How to stay. She is Korean and speaks in English very well. I also enjoyed Room with Very Clean and Comfort Bed, Kitchen with Cooktop, Wares, Microwave and Guest Refridgerator, Bathroom (not ensutie but Very Clean) with towels, Amenities like Shapoo, Toothbrushes.. (If you are a man, You may want to bring your own razer :) ) Parking space is bit strange bur I could park my car on the wall side of small alley, free of charge (I did it for the night parking anyway). The downside can be 1 KM away from Songjung Metro Station if you carry Big Carrier and/or Big Back Pack. Anyway it is 10~15 min for 1KM on the well maintained Street.

I recently had an incredible stay at this Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The amazing view of the ocean was breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, making the entire process seamless. The movie theater-like screen in the room and access to Netflix was a fantastic bonus for movie nights. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful getaway. Plus, there are some excellent restaurants nearby, perfect for dining out. The 24-hour smart amenities on-site added convenience to our stay. Our host was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

It was a perfect place to stay. The beach view was so cool, and the private space was an attractive accommodation. I definitely want to use this place when I travel to Busan. ^^
