Beautiful end terraced house on three floors | 2.5 bathrooms | private outdoor spaces! Modern, minimalist, by Ljanselva, right in the middle between Mortensrud and Hauketo. About 20 min from the city center by public transport, and 45 min from the airport (check ruter dot no) The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fixed garage with possibility for extra parking space. Beds: 180 cm bed, 150 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. For 7 people: extra guest bed in the living room will be prepared. We provide bed linen and towels. Feel at home, but treat our home nicely!

Nice hiking trails all year round. Child-friendly, many playgrounds right outside. Peaceful with little noise. Lovely terrace! Free parking in the shared parking lot. Short distance to The Well spa, Tusenfryd, Kolbotn with good restaurants and shopping mall. Grocery/pharmacy in the immediate vicinity and 5 min walk to direct bus that takes you to Oslo S in 30 min

Very quiet area with plenty of play areas for children, also many hiking and swimming opportunities; only 15 minute walk to the beach at Oksval. Our favourite place in Norway since moving from England! :)

The apartment is located in a quiet area in Nordstrand, 25 minutes by bus from Oslo S. Østmarka is just a stone's throw away with miles of bicycle paths, trails and cozy dining places. The area has a good public transport service. Kiwi, Meny and Rema 1000 are only a short drive away. The apartment is in a green area surrounded by terraced houses and detached houses. Lambertseter stream flows along the property, and flows into Ljans river nearby.
