This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. Stayed as a family of 6 and were very happy with the place. We only spent one night here and it didn't seem enough. The people around here are very friendly. The house had everything we needed to live.

Staying with Van was beautiful! If you’re looking to get away from the tourist spots (and away from people in general) to have a rural Vietnamese adventure, then this is definitely the spot for you. Just getting driven up the mountain to her place was an adventure! Exploring the hills and town was lovely. The local hot spring baths are great for a dip (especially while surrounded by those mountain views). I travelled in via bus/motorbike/walking and had a great time. But would probably recommend this place to people with their own transport. Van was an amazing host, I was a bit disorganised but she was able to help me out a ton (everyone please remember to bring enough cash with you from the city, there are barely any ATMs out here and a lot of them don’t work with international cards). Overall, would definitely recommend.

Nice new rooms that are well cleaned. There is always someone around the house to help you. Only slight drawback is location next to the main street.

just great. we stayed one night in the tea hill unfortunately the view was only average and it was 13 degrees. but the fireplace warmed us.
