Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Beautiful stone farmhouse of about 200 m2, located just 1 km from the center of Sommières, a medieval village of character. Sleeps 17, up to 23 with the 2nd cottage (upon request), ideal for large families or groups of friends. Strategic location: 30 min from the sea (La Grande-Motte) and Montpellier, 25 min from Nîmes and Anduze. Sommières is very lively in summer: night markets, feria, bullfighting traditions, many restaurants, bars and shops.

It has a private entrance, a kitchen with appliances, a bathroom, toilet, a bedroom with dressing room and a living room in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, just 5 km from Sommieres and close to many typical classified villages in Circulade.
