At first, it is necessary to be aware that we rent a busy dwelling and that Jean-Marie and his partner are people of a certain age who have other interests in life than to chase dust in its last nooks. This home, about a century old, offers all the evolutions necessary for the well-being of our time. Jean-Marie is a person who maintains a total relationship of trust with his tenants. As the rooms go through its vast library which encompasses a wide range of ancient and contemporary literature as well as many works on ancient and current art. The house is well located while requiring a little physical effort ( presumably beneficial ) to reach the beach ( 5 minutes of climbs ). The proximity of the church and its chimes is seen as an unusual approach to Catholic spirituality... especially on August 15. A rewarding experience in a classic holiday setting.

Sabine is really friendly and the apartment is perfect. If you need anything, Sabine is willing to help!

We stayed 6 nights with family in this beautiful house, the location is perfect, a stone's throw from shops and facing the bay with its beach and promenade. The house is very well-equipped and pleasantly decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Small plus for families, the owners leave toys and children's books on site which is great for them to feel immediately in their element. We did a lot of activities around (Berck kites, Marquenterre Park, steam train to Saint Valery, Bagatelle Park), very suitable for families, it was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very pleasant to live in, well equipped, everything is there! The garden is also very nice and flowery. A short walk to the beach, it was really perfect! Thanks again to Sophie for her kind welcome! We'll keep the address!

Pleasant house, quiet, spacious with a large terrace and a large garden, very nice when the weather is nice. Villa located 10 minutes drive from the sea. Only downside, no storage for clothes and a windowless bedroom. Recommended for a comfortable stay!

Our group of 7 friends had a great weekend at Nadège and her spouse's place, who were always very responsive when we needed to solicit them. The house is superb, has all the necessary amenities to have a great time, we will gladly come back if the opportunity arises, thank you again!

We had a great weekend in Villers sur authie at Alexandre's! We were three families with six children . Everything was perfect: the house and games available, the pool, the garden. Alexandre is very attentive! We will all keep fond memories of this weekend!

Beautiful home with large spaces. Bright. Very clean. Well furnished. 2 bathrooms in the big house, 1 of which is very nice with its bathtub and double sinks. It feels like home. Perfect and very relaxing outdoors with the small pond that we contemplated on the deckchairs. Ideal for staying with kids. Extremely nice host & very attentive to us. Everything was perfect, we recommend it.

Matthieu's place was perfect to welcome us to 16 friends. Everyone had a room for them. The parts of the 1st floor are still in its juice, the 2nd floor is further renovated. The space is welcoming and able to accommodate a large group of 16 people.

Ideal home for an extended weekend with family / friends. We stayed in this pretty house for 7 adults and an 18-month-old baby, everything was fine with well-made spaces for everyone! The only downside may be the absence of blackout curtains or shutters to really make it dark in all the rooms! But otherwise nothing to complain about, we had an idyllic wkend!

Carine is a great host, communication before and after was very good. The house is charming, in the heart of the forest and a few minutes' walk from the beach. It has everything you need for a pleasant time with your family in a quiet location. The house is very clean and spacious.

The house was lovely with most of the basic necessities. The bells were annoying but you get used to them. Aside from that, it was peaceful. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room.

This place is without a doubt the best holiday we have been on. This place is surrounding incredible beauty. This accomdation is within the country side of northern france. Outside our door step is beautiful walks, horses in the courtyard, shared swimming pool, 5 mins drive from the beach. Beautiful food, wine etc.. I could go on.. me and my husband went with my 2 year old and was the easiest holiday we have been on with her as she had the freedom. We will 100% return here again. Thank you so much for our stay.

It is a beautiful house, equipped with all the comforts. The bedrooms are very large and especially the bedroom with downstairs bathroom is very spacious! The living room with kitchen, on the other hand, and especially the seating area is very small! There is also the outdoor space...

Our stay was great. The house is very spacious and very well-equipped. The terrace, grounds and pool are great too. The location is very close to nature (park and bay). The horse at the end of the garden makes a soothing place. Really great . Just a quick note which is the lack of blackout curtains in the bedrooms but didn't stop us from having a very nice stay.
