The apartment is splendid, right in the center of Arras , bright, large, very well organized and decorated. It's a pleasure to stay and has all the furniture and amenities you need to come with a baby. Marie Claude was adorable with us, very accommodating, and friendly. Local sweets, chocolates, and beers were waiting for us upon arrival. We'd go back without a second thought

The rental is close to the train station on foot, which I needed to leave Amiens early the next morning. In addition to its calm, the neighborhood is very beautiful, which is suitable for someone wishing to discover the region and its traditional architecture. Listing is also as described. So I recommend it!:)

Accommodation in the center, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was as advertised. Pleasant stay and comfortable bed. We had a little noise on both nights but that's to be expected with an apartment in the city center…

Beautiful accommodation in a good location, the sea nearby, restaurant... everything you need. The accommodation is very cozy, you feel good there, the bedding is excellent. The apartment was nicely decorated, nice to have a separate bedroom. The bed was good as well as the shower. Everything we needed was present. Even a small balcony on which we sat wonderfully in the sun. There were reading books and games available. It was a wonderful stay.

Clean and tastefully renovated accommodation, modern and functional. Ithas everything you need to spend a weekend. The sofa bed had been prepared for our son as we arrived late at night. The apartment is a few meters from a pebble beach and playground for the children, a large supermarket and some restaurants. I would recommend this place you will be able to radiate in the Bay of Sum easily Important Things to note: -It is not completely dark in the rooms to sleep in if you are sensitive plan a wolf. -THEAPARTMENT is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it was not a problem for us as indicated in the listing. -the sofa bed is not very comfortable I don't recommend sleeping there for more than a weekend.

We had a great stay at Olivier’s. The apartment is located close to the train station and walkable to the main city square. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Olivier was proactive in communication and his instructions to get in were clear and concise. Highly recommend his place.
