Our 115 m² Cayolese villa is located 50 m from the city center and the beach. The Bay of Somme is a 10-minute drive away, accessible by bike path 700 m away. Come and enjoy the sea view from our two comfortable master suites, one on the 1st floor with a baby bed and one on the 2 nd floor, as well as a double bed room located on the 1 st floor and a relaxation area with free sauna. The villa is ideal for meeting up with family or friends, in any season.

It is composed of a living room with a sitting area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven... shower room and toilet. Separate floor with two large bedrooms, each with a double bed 160 and a single bed, a landing bedroom with a single bed. A family pool to share with the owners is at 28°... heated from September 20 until mid-May, the sauna and hot tub will be there for relaxation of body and mind.

Come and relax in our fully privatized cottage/spa with a 5-seater jacuzzi including 2 reclining (bluetooth), a Finnish sauna with 3 reclining seats, all unlimited, air conditioning, Netflix, YouTube, terrace, garden furniture, garden without neighbors, coffee, tea, water, treats available, bathrobes, towels, sheets, breakfasts included. 2 separate bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is only accessible for 3 people)

Hello! The house is fully equipped, very pleasant and in a quiet area. It also has outdoor spaces, a terrace with the necessary furniture. There is a closed courtyard to safely park bicycles, motorcycles. Street parking is free. The house is set back from the city center but access is quick by car, bus or bike. Best of all, there is a real wood-fired sauna (available on request, extra charge).
