What a wonderful location and estate. The house was great, all en suite and Bianca (the host) was very responsive and helpful. Very secure estate with great facilities. If you want to visit the winelands, go on golf tour or base yourself there and travel into Cape Town, I would highly recommend. The views are amazing, the bird life impressive and a lovely home as well. The golf course is immaculate and top 5 in the country. Would definitely book again when back there.

After a morning and early afternoon walking around Kirstenbosch Gardens, Penny's was the perfect place to wind down and relax. She was a great host and gave us privacy to do our own thing. The touches she added to the space were excellent. I highly recommend this place for a nice city escape. Absolutely lovely.

The Secret Room.

This is the exact kind of little get away my partner and I were looking for. The open floor design of the shower was super relaxing and therapeutic. The bed was solid and huge, perfect for 2 people. The Blanket for the bed was very heavy so if that's what you are looking for then perfect, but if you're visiting in summer then request lighter bedding. The kitchenette was stocked with cute little amenities like cooking and chocolate, as well as coffee and a lot of tea. The only thing that was missing was a microwave or some kind of air fryer so do ask beforehand if they are available or try to make arrangements for food. Other than the lack of a way of cooking food or the bedding. The actual building is very private and secure. The outside garden is theraputic and the cats are adorable when they pay you the time of mind. We will be making another visit and I encourage that others give Raine and her cozy cottage a try.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience! Ethel is one of the kindest and most welcoming hosts I've ever met. Warm hospitality, and genuine care made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Every interaction was filled with kindness, it’s clear Ethel and her husband put their hearts into making their guests comfortable and happy. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful tea coffee, cake and breakfast that made my stay extra special. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay with such an exceptional host, and I look forward to returning in May! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful, welcoming place to stay. What a wonderful warm experience; I loved every minute of it; this is not just a stop by booking but one of the best memories I have ever had, a home away from home!!!

Anneline is very friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet, the property is minutes away from the sea. Very clean, lovingly decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. We liked it so much that we extended our stay right away. Highly recommended... we felt right at home! We'll be back!

Great place, great location, beautiful apartment - check-in was easy, however there were loose dogs in the yard, and had to wait for a few minutes for someone to respond and take them away.

Martie is an exceptional host. Very flexible regarding the time of arrival and the minute we arrived she took the time to show us around town. The apartment is bright, clean, calm, well located and matches the photos perfectly. I highly recommend Martie as a host and she always tried her best to make sure we are perfectly settled.

Get the full and real Khayelitsha experience and stay with this wonderful family. They will tell you everything about the neighbourhood. The son, Tiisetso, is a good guide, he can show you everything you want to see. Lydia is a great cook, so join the family for dinner! It’s perfectly safe, so go there!

We had a wonderful time in Nuwerus Lodge, Jolanda's place. Easy access, quiet, good beds and Jolanda is pro-active and provides useful info about things to do in the area. Also very good breakfast. We met some nice South-African people there.
