Place was great! Excellent for kids! We loved the games room it was a real hit! Place was very clean and easy to find. Kasia was flexible with check in and always responded to questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to stay, especially if you have kids.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). Great location close to Hot Springs and a short drive to restaurants and cafes . Great value for money with a lovely view over the tree tops from the balcony ! Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and the bath robes provided for the Hot Springs were a very thoughtful idea . We would definitely stay again !

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

We had a lovely time staying at Kylie’s place. It had everything we needed. Such a peaceful area and friendly neighbours. A short walk to get coffee or dinner at the clubhouse and if you feel like a walk to the beach it was really pleasant.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment
