Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and off grid and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have sole use Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate dogs as we’re a working farm with livestock and our own working dogs

Healey House The Annex

Set in the small village of Braunston, The Annex overlooks the rolling hills and beautiful Rutland countryside. Ideal for couples, this one bedroomed apartment has a full kitchen, cooking facilities, an open plan living area and downstairs toilet. On the first floor, a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower, and toilet, along with a set of french doors leading out to a small balcony. The apartment is self-contained with its own access and large south facing patio doors.

Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas.

The Garden House has 3 large, en-suite double bedrooms. Private, semi-det., single storey, self-contained, parking for 3 cars behind electric gates +rapid EV charging (£25/car/charge). Spacious and light, set up a short, shared, private driveway in the heart of the village. A south east facing front garden and large, shared, west facing rear garden with far reaching views. A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for infants, children or animals.

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gazing

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
