The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Welcome to our place in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area with the sea around the corner. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the small boat harbor with cozy cafes, ice cream, and restaurants is a stone's throw away. In the guest house there is everything you need for a your stay, a 32 inch TV with chromecast, fast wifi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Beech Stream. There is a fiber connection in the cottage, so you can surf/stream. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a trampoline and fire pit. There is a carport on the driveway. Charger for electric car (Clever) The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
