Small house, cozy street. 10min subway to city

AnnemarieRating, 5 starstoday
The cottage is very modern, beautifully bright and the space perfectly utilized for two people. There is everything you need for a city trip and the location is quiet in the countryside, but due to the proximity to the U-Bahn you can quickly get to town. For nice days, there is also a small private terrace facing the garden. Lena and Jens are rather reserved hosts, but responsive to questions. Perfect for us, we will be happy to come back!
A dining area features a wooden table surrounded by white chairs. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space, complemented by a floor lamp and potted plants. A fireplace is visible, with logs neatly arranged in a basket beside it.

Waterfront oasis close to town

HongRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We had a wonderful 1 week stay at Ulrika’s place. The house was super clean with unbeatable views of the big lake! We could swim right away after getting out from the room, and there was a Kayak available for borrowing if you’re in the mood. The house is located in a private area, so we could play music as loud as we wanted. As a person who has been living in Stockholm for 2 years, I think this one is an ideal place to stay if you have some friends coming over visiting, which I did this time. And it was also pretty easy to do groceries since there is a bus station located just behind it! Will definitely come back if there’s another chance!

Family Friendly Villa close to City and Sea

Jeff & HeatherRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We loved our stay at Henrik's house. We felt so at home right away! The house was light-filled and airy with plenty of space for kids and a family of 5. It had the charm of a turn-of-the-century home, but just the right amount of modern updates where it counts. Our children loved the big yard with the trampoline and we grilled out almost every night. We really felt like we were living there. :) The area is so lovely. It's green with parks everywhere and a quick walk to the water. There's a grocery store at the end of the street and a bus stop that takes you to the train into town. We used public transit but ended up renting a car because our small children were easier to get in and out of the city that way. But they have an electric car plug-in which was great! Theres a lot I could say but it suffices to say that we'd recommend Henrik's house to others and we really hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you, Henrik and family, for your lovely home and hospitality!

Grande Villa with private Pickleball Court

AmyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We stayed 5 nights over New Year, 2 families in total including children aged 6, 12 and 13. The house was spectacular, lovely and warm over such a cold period and in a gorgeous location overlooking a lake, easy walk to the closest Metro. It was really well stocked with a sauna and gym which were lovely additions. Bjorn was friendly, helpful and accommodating of our specific requests. Stockholm is an incredible city, very picturesque, excellent transport and lots to do. We tried a couple of local restaurants and a pub when we wanted to stay close. The Mall of Scandinavia was close by which was handy when we needed supplies. Be aware that takeaway alcohol isn’t available from the supermarkets in Sweden at all times, the wine shops shut early on a Saturday and don’t open again until Monday morning.
