The apartment is from the turn of the century, 1912, with high ceilings and spacious rooms. From the kitchen, you open the doors to the lush courtyard and a private balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen, nice bedroom, lovely children's room, 2 toilets, and beautiful living room make this the perfect apartment for those who want to stay both practically and nicely. Entrance 1 staircase or ground floor.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
