Opposite "Playa de los Ingleses" and meters from the Port, 20th and Gorlero streets and SMarket (Disco); Garage; Jacuzzis (only in winter season); heated pool all year round; $ barbecues, gym and cinema.

Comfortable 104 m2 house, fully equipped. Spacious living room with wood stove, kitchenette, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, barbecue and children's games. One of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. In the house there are 3 TVs with cable plus, soccer, Netflix in one of the TVs. 2 air conditioners, one in the main living room, the other in the large bedroom. 5 fans, 3 standing, two table. 2 refrigerators with freezer, water heater, washing machine. The park is fully fenced.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with 49" smart TV and 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, capacity for 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! We DO NOT leave bed linens or towels. If required, it is $5 per person for the entire stay. It is on the first floor by stairs
