This villa was everything and more. Loads of space and storage for clothes. Great location, so quiet and peaceful. Kids loved the pool and we took our own inflatables to keep them entertained. Drive into Omis was approx 10 mins where you can find restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets. Will be recommended and if we could we give it 10 stars!! Loved it ❤️

There were 6 of us and there was enough room for all of us. The rooms are super nice and all equipped with air conditioning, the bathrooms were super nice and equipped with hot water. A beautiful kitchen with utensils to supply yourself, with fridge and freezer. Anlange also has a pool and barbeque. The landlord super friendly has responded to all wishes and suggestions, we had our privacy and were able to do almost everything we wanted. Staying again

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

We had a very pleasant stay at Martina’s house. The entire property was beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the bay. One of the highlights was definitely the large pool and the jacuzzi. A special feature is that there are three separate houses, two of which have fully equipped kitchens. This offers the benefit of having a private space to retreat to. We also want to emphasize how helpful Martina was whenever we had a question or issue. She was an amazing host and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

We, a family of seven, were in this beautiful house for ten days. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and felt very comfortable right away. The two apartments we rented are very modern, chic and in an extremely good condition. The amenities are very good and hospitable. We didn't miss anything. What irritated us a bit at first was that the two apartments have no connection to each other. We didn't have that on our radar, but we found a good solution for us. The location is great, you can quickly reach Split or Trogir and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes by car. There are also some good restaurants. The sea and a very good and cheap bakery are right outside the door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the heated pool. We absolutely recommend the place and would book again immediately.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

What about this listing?!? Everything was perfect, you feel like you're far from everything and at the same time beaches, shops, restaurants are 1/4 hour away. The house was sparkling clean and we didn't want anything. And so hosts… unheard of!!! A warm welcome! Address that we will inevitably remember!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is just like it is an the photographs and is so peaceful. I don't think I've stayed anywhere as quiet before. We loved the pool and in the evening watching the sunsets and the bats fly around. Many have commented on the drive to the house, yes it's quite daunting the first time you drive up as it's very steep, but once you've done it once, it's not a problem. The house is about 10 away from Omis, but driving in/out each day was not a problem. There's lots to do nearby from river boat tours, the Zipline, rock climbing, quad biking and kayaking. Omis has some lovely restaurants and shops. The beach to the south of Omis is beautiful, crystal clear blue water. We spent two lovely mornings there. I thoroughly recommend staying here and it's been added to our list of places we'd like to return to one day.

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

If you’re looking for an awesome accommodation for your group of family and friends: look no more! This place was close to the beach, and had access to great restaurants! On the days that you’re lazy and just want to stay in, the pool is an awesome way to relax and wind down. We had a group of ten and our hosts were gracious enough to make all of us a tasty dinner. That was super refreshing and surprising, as well as a great touch. (Haven’t experienced that yet with other hosts!) We all had a wonderful time and will be looking to come back to Stipe’s soon! :) Thank you for everything! Hvala!

Luka"s place was an amazing stay! The drive to it is an adventure but well worth it. He was very helpful with any questions we had and responded right away. It was my wife's birthday and he left us bubbly! Very thoughtful. He has thought of everything that could make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Luka!

Perfect for two adults and two teenagers who needed there own space. Air conditioning was essential as it was so hot, outdoor space great and shady too.

Family and I had a great stay here! Dinka was helpful and accommodating. Really felt at home and everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again :)

The owner is very welcoming, the house is very well located, very clean and functional, in a quiet location with a great view. A beautiful cove is a 1 minute walk away. A few minutes by car there is a tourist area with everything you need ( restaurants, bars, shops...). Only thing to pay attention to, if you are 4 or less you rent only one house and not both, in this case the outside and the pool can be shared with other people in the other house.

A great villa. Really close to a lovely stretch of coast, the pool and front garden catch the sun for almost all of late morning and the afternoon. Ana is super responsive if anything goes wrong and even came at 23:30 at night for one issue.

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

We enjoyed a very relaxed 10 days at Jasen’s house. While the interior is quite basic, it is clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlights are for sure the outdoor areas, with kitchen corner, large shady terrace and comfi seating - even plenty of space for relaxing in the hammock. The photos say it all. Who even needs the television, when you can spend all day outside, listening to the birds and buzzing of insects and watching butterflies flying by? The village is small and quiet, and provides all ingredients for a picture perfect vacation away from the crowds, at least in early June. Jasen is a great host, he provided all information beforehand to easily arrive at the house by public transport. Also we learnt a lot from him about the island’s history, and even got a lift back to the ferry when the time came to leave this beautiful place.

What a place! Josipa was such a wonderful host, really responsive and even let us check out later as our flight was at 9pm. The place was pristine and exactly as described, 2 minute walk from a Lidl, lots of nice restaurants. Very cheap taxi into Split. Thoroughly recommend this villa to stay

Good house. Swimming pool was nice. Everything was clean. Nice owners. Supermarkets are a 3 minute drive away. Split is easily reachable by car or Uber (cost about 10€ each way.
