This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Spacious Villa is family oriented property just 10 min. by car from Split, or 30 min. by bus. The neighborhood is very quiet. Villa is close to the 2 bus stations and 3 grocery stores. The airport and the towns Trogir, Omiš, Kaštela are 20 min away by car. We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1500 m2 garden with shower, lights, barbecue, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen, playground, solar panels. You can taste garden fruits grapes, figs and apricots.
