Family-friendly vacation rentals in Solin

We had a fantastic weekend ! Thanks to Pava a truly sympathic and chatty person ! 😂 He helped in many ways.. Jacuzzi are amazings, garden is big, and swimming pool was clean, temperature was ok for this period, house pretty clean, it would need some renovation here and here but in a general way its ok Very close to city center so interesting to avoid taxis ! Neigbourhood very peaceful, with basketball and football courts nearbye that we enjoyed Thank you

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The view from the hot tub and balcony is breathtaking. Ivana and Mario were great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Stayed here May 25 wonderful appartment. Far bigger than expected. Stunning views. Perfect location right on the beach.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

We loved our stay with Andrey & Nive. They are such thoughtful and kind hosts and nothing seems too much trouble. We had a late flight so they kindly prepared us some food on arrival. Additionally they cooked us a tradition meal one night and their daughter also baked a cake - all were delicious. The place was clean and well stocked. It was an ideal location if you want something relaxing but is a short drive to Split. We had such a relaxing, peaceful stay and loved our time there. We could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend Nive and Andrey's place, you will not be left disappointed. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Wow what a find. Mirko is the best host, always attentive, there to answer any questions and help if you need it. The villa is equipped with everything you need, kids loved the computer, pool table and darts they also had a great time in the pool they were never bored. Mirko was on hand if we needed anything he was kind to lend us the electric cars for a couple of days but also gave us a number for a taxi (Damir) to use on other days we ventured out. He helped us out one night on ordering a takeaway while the restaurants in Gata were closed (it was Sunday) nothing is too much trouble. He took us to the supermarket and showed us round and gave us ideas on what to explore. We had cake and delicious pancakes made for us and he made sure we had lots of goodies in the villa when we first arrived. He is the best and we will definitely be going back.

We had a great stay at Jasenkas place! The apartment was in a great location and we very much enjoyed the outdoor patio. She was very responsive and even went as far as to let us use her personal washer when the one in our apartment broke down. Would stay again!

Great location. close to bus station, city center and beach. Very well equipped to even include beach towels. Host went out of their way to accommodate me. I recommend!

This is one of my favorite places I have stayed! It is an adorable apartment within walking distance of Diocletian’s Palace. Our host had fabulous local recommendations and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Bianka's place. Refurbished so it was even better than the pictures we had seen when we booked! Bianka is a very responsive host, who helped us a lot to find restaurants and activities in Split and the surrounding area. In addition, small gourmet touches were available upon arrival. Thank you very much!☺️

Helena and her husband were so friendly and helpful. Great recommendations and even helped us find parking/get the bags up the stairs. Amazing balcony with fantastic views. We didn't want to leave the apartment when we first got there because the balcony views were so good. Right on the water, you get to see the mega yachts come in. Super walkable but far enough away from the busiest strip to be peaceful. Huge kitchen/dining room space.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. The apartment is really nice and well maintained by Marijana. She ensured a comfortable stay with proper communication, and the location is ideal for solo travellers and couples. Her restaurant recommendations were top class. Old town is about 2km walk and also accessible via public transport. I definitely recommend this place to those who visit and would like to visit again.

Kreso is an exceptional host; his villa was a wonderful place for us to stay. Everything was perfect, and it made our trip to Split a really special experience. The villa is spacious and clean, and it is perfect for some peaceful relaxation and also nice meals together with a variety of areas to cook and eat. The views of Split from the villa are simply breathtaking, and we always found ourselves saying: 'Wow'! The pool and outdoor area were greatly appreciated, and it made the trip amazing to have a nice refreshing swim or dip in the pool and relax on the loungers reading a book. Kreso went above and beyond with his hospitality and helpfulness, and it made the whole experience a full five stars. If I ever stay in Split again, Kreso's villa will be at the top of my list to come back to. It was a truly unforgettable holiday. Thank you to Kreso for his wonderful hosting and beautiful villa. It was a lovely, genuinely heartwarming experience I will always remember. All the best.

Fantastic property and fantastic host, can’t recommend this airbnb enough!! The villa was spotless inside and out and the host was so helpful! He dropped off fresh bread daily and even gave us a lift to the big supermarket a bit further away. Thank you so much for such a memorable hen party!

Mrs Ana and his husband are amazing people. They answer very fast and very helpfull for us. Mr Petar arranged transport for me to the airport and I could see nice view in Solin. I recommend!!

This exceeded our expectations. The house is much larger than the pictures show with lots of room for our toddler to walk around and explore. The garden is just perfect with the pizza oven, bbq and swimming pool. It was all really clean and Dominik even provided us with bottles of drinks, some beer and loads of snacks for our arrival which was well received when we got there! Dominik also helped me with various questions including bus routes. The house is an easy bus ride into the old town taking about 10 minutes if you jump on the right one and is a 5 minute walk from the house. A convenience store a few minutes from the house is ideal for any bits you might need. We enjoyed our 6 nights here alot!

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

We had a fantastic week at Livia's place. She made us feel very welcome. The house was spotless and as described - the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, they also liked the smart tv in the cool air con when the temperature was too much! Livia gave us great local recommendations and was on hand if we needed her, but also gave us lots of privacy and space. Excellent host. We walked to one local restaurant (Gurman) which was great - but also it was very easy to get an uber into Split when we wanted to be somewhere busier, with more choice of food/activities.

We had a pleasant stay with friends. The villa is beautiful and very well-equipped. Close to Split and other points of interest, Solin is a very pleasant village Our host provided very good advice and was responsive. I recommend it 100%.

Maja was a great host! responsive, gave great recommendations and the pool was soooooooo good! the apartment was super clean, within easy reach of a supermarket and bus stop. would definitely recommend and will be booking with Maja again when I next come to Split!
