The apartment corresponded exactly to the photos, was clean and well appointed. Communication was smooth and friendly. We felt comfortable and would be back.

Martine's place is just great! Martine is a great host - very open and very helpful, you feel like home. The accommodation itself is very large and has all the amenities: electric windows, very good mattresses from hard to soft, coffee maker, lots of sockets and hair dryer, lots of towels, lots of seating, etc. The most beautiful is the gallery upstairs and the furnishings. The location is also very good, you can drive to the beach of la Marsa for 2-3 euros and there are a lot of restaurants there. We would love to stay there again anytime!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Good and clean house. Everything looks well kept. The outdoors is beautiful with flowers. We enjoyed the pool a lot. You need a car to get around. There is a staircase in the house that may be difficult with the toddlers.

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

My experience with Raouf was 10/10 on every aspect, it matches perfectly the description and even better when you're personally there, very comfy and cosy atmosphere and decorations, his mom was extremely friendly and welcoming, both were extremely responsive to every question and request. I'd definitely come back if I ever would like to spend a night in the area without any doubt.

very nice accommodation. as advertised. Quiet because there's a dead end. Small touches upon arrival allow you to eat and quench your thirst upon arrival. very responsive host when we did not have hot water. the pool is very pleasant and well heated. Possibility to go into town a 5 min walk where you can find shops and restaurants. I will return there without any problem. the bedding may need to be reviewed.

The cleanliness of the studio was impeccable. Mr Hichem was very attentive. He was quick to answer any questions we had and was available throughout our stay. To be redone 🩷

Very nice stay at Mohamed Ali's apartment. Ons, the co-host was very available and responsive. The apartment is pleasant to live in with its 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas. It's quiet and close to everything.

Very nice workspace, very private, and very large, in the villa district of Carthage between the embassies. With lemon and orange tree in the garden. I thought it was a quiet and good base for the city. I had been in quick contact with the host with any questions. It is not a new building.. If I would like to work for a few days again and relax in Tunisia I would love to stay here again, also to pet the sweet dog again. ps: It's near the presidential palace. When I arrived, I was questioned extensively by the police post and soldiers there. I would advise everyone not to navigate all the way to the house but to get out of the corner at the gas station.

Such a great host, communicative and responsive, also the location of the place is in the heart of Marsa Plage, would definitely rent with Amir again.

Youssef offered to pick us up from the airport, and was good advice throughout the trip. He is a very welcoming and friendly host. The accommodation is very close to shops and Marsa Plage train station, which makes it easy to reach Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. ( Work on the road is making access to Tunis much less easy at the moment) We recommend this listing

Great villa. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (although one bathroom had a nasty smell which we kept closed all the time; did not cause any problems to us). Overall, very clean and modern villa. Aziz’s son-in-law who lives on the second floor was extremely helpful. He was very professional and one of the best hosts I met. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a bit cold in April. The pool was clean and it had Jacouzi. The waterfall in the swimming pool didn’t work. Villa has a remote controlled gated driveway that could easily accommodate 2 cars which was a bonus as we rented a car from the airport. Overall, great stay, very responsive host and we would come again.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The photos don't do it justice – it's really spacious and the decor is adventurous and tasteful throughout. The location is pretty much as good as it gets in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Bustling once you step outside but very peaceful indoors and in the two gardens (inner courtyard and pool area). We had an issue with the pool which was resolved during the day while we were sightseeing. Split between a few friends, this place is surely better value than a hotel in the area offering a similar level of accommodation.

Great Villa, highly recommend it as the location was perfect and the host was very responsive and helpful. Host always replied quickly and answered every question we had. The Villa was very clean, the neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful and close to some of the places we wanted to visit. Thank you very much for having us!
